Jake and Aaron exited the school for recess, holding hands, and headed to the swing set. A couple of boys, Dave and Erik, stopped them on their way and yelled at them
"Ooooooh, Aaron and Jake, like each other!" followed by some kissing sounds. Jake let go of Aaron's hand and walked over to the boys.
"What's wrong with liking boys?" Jake stood defiantly close to the Erik's face.
"Get out of here homo." Eric shoved him so hard, Jake lost his balance and hit his head on the pavement. The boys walked away and Aaron sat next to Jake who was rubbing the back of his head.
"Are you okay?" Aaron cautiously touched the back of Jake's head.
"Ah, I'm fine. Wanna walk to the nurse's office with me?" Jake stood up and reached his hand out to Aaron.
"Sure!" Aaron grabbed Jake's hand and got up.
