When we get back home, i run up the stairs, and flop onto moms bed

Norhing has changed in her bedroom, except there were yellow daisys everywhere

Mom walks in, and flopped beside me, and started playing with my hair

"whats with the flowers mommy?" i whsipered

She kisses my temple "max proposed to me"

I shoot up "what?"

She smiles so big, im afraid if her smile grows any wider her face was gonna get stuck like that

"what did you say?"

"i said yes"

I squeeled "omg mom! this is so big for you" i hugged her and kissed her cheek

"and on that note" she syas pulling away "while you still love me, i have somthing to ask you-well not ask, more like to tell you"

"shoot" i get up and start looking through her closet

"um, ive been thinking-"

"'really? huh, what else is new?"

"Be serious Scarlett"

"sorry" i mumbled, taking out a oversized hoodie from her closet, and putting it on

"i think you need to quit the BAU"

I stop, and turn to look at her "what?"

"think about it, you just got kidnapped, Lory,  you dont know how much trouble you could be in by staying"

"i dont care" i state "Im not quiting my job, you do relize i work with the FBI, right?"

"yes, Lory, you wear it on your sweatshirt" She said, clearly annoyed

"i help save people, Mommy, one of our last cases, we saved a girl that was being held hostage, i help people, i dont care how much trouble im gonna get into, i dont care how much danger my life is in, im helping people, isnt that a good thing?"

Mom sniffles "your job is not gonna cost my daughter"

I huff

"you're quiting, end of descusion" She gets up and kisses my temple "you know im doing this for you, baby, to keep you safe, because i love you"

"you have a funny way of showing it" i mumble, and storm out of the room

I walk downstairs and find Rory in the kitchen "lets go some where"

"where?"

"i dont know, lets just get out of here, go to the bookstore in the town over, ill buy you a book"

She stands up "ill be ready in ten"

I smile "meet me by the car" I walk upstairs and change into blue baggy jeans, and my Dark blue BAU sweater

We got into the car and we start driving

"how long is the drive?"

"not long, it takes about 15-20 minutes for me to run there, so maybe 10" i say, and press the button so the roof folds down

When we got there, we passed the BAU building, but i cant do it

"do you mind if i made a pitstop?" i asked

"nope, but you buy me two books" i nod, and we turn around, i park then walk into the building

I knock on Gideon's office, and convinently, Hotch is in there with him

"Hey, Gilmore, whats up?"

"um, after-after the whole, kidnapping thing, my mom want me to quit"

Hotch puts down his mug of coffee "what?"
