Lior Keir was an upcoming musical conductor from London, staying in New York for a performance. Born to a Jewish family who had moved to Warsaw from Ireland in 1938, Lior never did have an easy life. Trapping in the Warsaw Ghetto since 1940, Lior was taken to Treblinka Extermination Camp in 1942, aged only 6. Lior then spent the next few months with his remaining family, forced into labour. They were soon exterminated as part of Hitler's final solution but he managed to survive before being hauled away to Auschwitz in 1943, not longer after the revolt by prisoners in August. Upon leaving, Lior began showing the first real signs of his mutation with the ability to command shadows and exploding lights.
In 1944, Klaus Schmidt or Sebastian Shaw discovered Lior's abilities and began fashioning him into a weapon. Not long after that, Lior met Erik Lehnsherr, a young mutant who had also just discovered his abilities. A year later, Lior was freed from Auschwitz Concentration camp when the Allies liberated them.
In 1962, Lior was recruited by Charles and Erik to help stop Shaw in his attempt at nuclear war.

In which a Warsaw Holocaust survivor with unique abilities meets others like him all the while trying to forget his past.
WARNINGS: Timelines and historical context will be very prevalent in this work. I will be addressing the experience that my character Lior faced during the siege of Warsaw and while in the Warsaw Ghetto, Treblinka, and Auschwitz concentration camps. This story is being cross-referenced with many different sources for a more accurate description of the Holocaust.
