" i  don't   know  but   that   kinda  looked   like   a  girl "  trey , another  paladin   said.  mike   thought  about  this  for   a  second   and  then   decided  trey   was probably   right  and  mike  didn't   know  why   he   thought   it  was   a  boy   in   the   first  place. toby  seemed  to   be  thinking   about  mikes  question  about  the  vampires  family  being present  and   said " its  possible   but  its  also   not." troy   nodded " yeah  and  vampires apparently  don't  age  so   for   all  we   know   she's   toby's   age." mike  made   a  face   and  then started  to   say  something  but  stopped  and  followed   everyone  to  the  front  door of  the huge   mansion.  

will  was  drinking  water  and  thinking  about  all  the   times  he'd  spent  with  linda  and  the  pigs  when  he  heard  voices  at  the  door.  ' mom  and  jonathan  are  back!'  will  thought  excitedly  and  went  to  the  door  but   stopped  when  he  didn't  hear  a  female  voice.  ' what...'  will   thought  feeling  a  bit  alarmed.  will  started  to  back  away  from  the  door  when  it  exploded   causing  will  to  fly  all  the  way  back  to  the  stairs  in  a  bloody  mess  " aghh..."  will  moaned  not  caring  about  the  tears  streaming  down  his  face.   an  ugly  guy  in  armour  walked  up  to  will  and  tilted  his  head  up  with  the  tip  of  his  sword  "  this  doesn't  look  like  a  vampire  to  me  boys "  the  balding  man  said  to  the  other  armoured  people.  will  opened  his  mouth  to  say  something  but  blood  came  out  instead,  i  mean,  what  just  happened?  will  tried  again  to  say  something  and  succeeded  " who  are  you? "  another  paladin  who  was  far  from  ugly  stepped  next  to  the  balding  one  and  answered  wills  question  kindly          " were  paladins  from  hawkins  "   will  nodded  slowly  "  and  who  are  you? "  another  paladin  with  red  hair  said  from  behind  the  pale  paladin  with  black  hair.  "  who  cares ? " said  yet  another paladin  causing  the  red  haired  paladin  to  flinch.  " im  will  byers "  will  said  ignoring  the  rude  paladin.  "   if  you're  from  hawkins  then  what  are  you  doing  all  the  way here ? "  will  said  wiping  tears  off  his  dirty  cheeks.  " well... "  the  pale  paladin  who  was  giving  will   a  serious  blush  said  awkwardly.  " were  here  to  kill  you  "  said  the  rude  paladin  with   a  smirk.  "shut  up  troy! "  the  cute  paladin  said  " well  it's  true,  mike! "  troy  said  back. mike  looked  at  the  floor.   will tried  to  push  himself  up  but  cut  his  hand  deeply  on  a  piece  of  glass.    " sit  down! "  troy  barked  as he   backing  away  into  mike  "it's  ok,   im  pretty  much  harmless, but  my  dad  isn't  so  if  i  were  you  id  get  going  "  will  said  looking   at  the  paladin  he  guessed  was  in charge.  "  just  kill  him  already!!! "  troy  screamed  to  toby,   who  seemed  to  be  considering  leaving  before  this  vampires  dad  came  back.  " no!! "  mike  yelled  as  toby  lifted  his  sword  and  wills  black  nails  grew  half  an  inch,  but  that  no one  seemed  to  notice  that.  "  what? " toby  said in mid  strike.  "  maybe  we  should  keep  him  prisoner  until  his  family  gets  here  "  mike  suggested,  not   wanting  to  kill  this  vampire  at  all anyway,  imagen  how  pissed  hopper  would  be  when  he  found  out  they  didn't  kill  the  vampire.  troy  grabbed  mike  off  to  the  side " why  the  hell  would  you  say  that? " troy  said  to  mike   angrily  "  hopper  can  go  fuck  himself  okay?  there's  no  threat  here  he  just  waisted  all  are  time  on  some  fake  lead  and  for  the  record,  this  vampire  literally   harmless  otherwise  he  probably  would  have  killed  us  already  and  since  he's  so  useless  then  the  rest  of  his  family  probably  is  too."  troy  thought  about  this  for  a  second  and  then  nodded.  " where  are  we  going  to  keep  the  son  of  a  bitch? "  troy  asked  toby  after  he'd  decided  not  to  kill  will  but  decided  to  stay  and  see  if  his  family  was  dangerous  and  a  threat  to  hawkins.  "  he  must  have  cages  or  dungeons  or  something  like  that,  like  were  do  you  think  he  kept  all  those  pigs  he  was  freeing  earlier.  "  toby  asked.  troy  walked  up  to  were  will  was  sitting  all  tied  up  and  asked  him  were  they  kept  there  prisoners   "  we  don't  have  any "  will  said  "  so  those  pigs  were  just  prancing  around  the  house? "  troy  said.  will  turned  bright  red.  "  well  no that's not  what  i  meant at  all! we  kept  all  the  pigs  down  stairs  in  the- "  will  cut  himself  off  suddenly  aware  of  what  he  was  saying.  "  downstairs  in  the...? "  troy  asked.  will  shook  his  head  quietly  as  if  to  say  ' my  lips  are  sealed.  "  fine. "  troy  pulled  will  up  from  his  aching  arm  and  took  him  downstairs  followed  by  all  the  other  paladins.  when  they  reached  the  bottom  of  the  staircase  will  wanted  to  kick  himself  for  ever  telling  them  were  the  dungeons  were.  "  well,  well "  troy  said  looking  into  the  room  which  had  other  rooms  on  each  side  of  it  that  were  caged  off  and   smelled  like  pig  shit  and  was  full  of  hay.  troy  shoved  will  into  one  with  an  open  door  " give me the keys " troy  said  in  wills  ear, why  the  fuck  was  he  this  close?  " i don't  have  the  keys "  will  said  trying  really  hard  not  to  stutter. " don't  fucking  lie  "  troy said as  he  gutted  will  in  the  stomach.  will  coughed  out  blood  but  wasn't  really  surprised, what  did  he  think  was  going  to  happen?  " will reluctantly  passed  troy   the  keys.  troy  violently  pushed  will  into  the  what  was  practically  a  bared  room  with  hay  all  over  the  floor  and  locked  the  door,  leaving  will  all  alone  until  god  knew  how  long.  will  sat  in  the  hay  and  flinched  when  the  door  slammed  shut  'why  is  this  happening  to  me?'  will  thought   " and what  the  hell  will  happen  if  my  father  gets  back?"
