𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐲

The sky is cloudy and the castle looks monotone, a bit too symmetrical for the princess's preference. She comes into the village and everyone seems to be moody and shallow. Not a place she would want to visit after all. 

The prince has grey hair and dark eyes. Not her type anyways. The emperor is off to meet the queen, she looks so majestic. If only her son would look like her.

-What do we do ? asks the prince, monotone.

-I believe the only thing we can do is talk-

-Okay, rudely interrupts the prince.

-Okay.. Um, do you mind telling me who you are ?

-Nah

-W-wha- Um, excuse me, I don't know how to refer you to-

-Whatever, the name's Hubris, 19 and I'm the prince of this kingdom. Happy ?

The princess isn't pleased with this boy's attitude. 

-I would be satisfied if you didn't give me this moody attitude, prince Hubris, she says it in a direct tone.

-Whatever you say princess, he says it carelessly.

The princess hates the attitude of this guy. She stands up.

-Hey ! What do you think you're doing !? the prince shouts.

-I'm leaving, I can't tolerate that attitude of yours, Princess Delaney says it tiredly.

-Wait- Don't my mother would ground me !

-I don't care. Goodbye.

The prince quickly grabs the princess' hand.

-Hands off ! demands the princess.

-Please stay a bit longer ! I won't be rude !

-Too late. Rules are rules. You lost, says the princess without much thoughts.

-You're so cruel !

Princess Delaney gets out of the prince's grip and stares him down. How can you call someone cruel for setting their boundaries ? She gives an annoyed face before going to her father.

-Father ! I hate his attitude ! she interrupts the meeting.

-My.. Princess can you explain why you left so early ? asks the emperor.

-I hate his attitude ! He's rude and doesn't care at all ! she shouts.

-Well.. This is sure a disappointment Princess Augustus.. responds the queen.

It's been a long time someone called her that.

The queen stands up, she's so tall compared to the door- The queen leads the emperor and his daughter to the exit and brusquely closes the door behind them. His mother is assertively angry at him.

The princess wonders what the meetings are about. The first time was because the time was up and this time it's because she left the date. The meeting stops. What were they talking about anyways..
