10. Ruby's pov ❤️

I smelt Katherine's scent the second she entered the packs land. Coffee and cinnamon, it's too unique to belong to anybody else. But just as fast as her scent appeared it was mixed with someone else, cinnamon and cottencandy. It was sweet, and I tried to ignore it.

When the car my mate was in arrived, it parked next to Katherine's jeep. 'oh shit, of all places really, damn she's probably going to be mad'.

I watched her for a second, the way she jumped out of the car, before it even stopped, and inspected her Jeep.

I used my advance speed to tackle my mate which landed us on the ground, and latched onto her like a koala. When I caught the other scent again, I snapped my head to the girl behind us. I almost didn't notice her whimper, it was subtle but u could tell Katherine heard it too, when she stiffened at the sound, in the 3seconds that the thought appeared, it disappeared. When our eyes connected we both said the word, "mate!", I repeated the action with her that I did with Katherine. And we were both giggling on the ground.

That was until I heard a growl. Too commanding to be anybody but Rav. When our heads snapped to the source of the sound. I saw Rav's golden threatening eyes directed to Katherine's uninterested ones.

On reflex myself and my new mate had stood protectively in front of our human mate. Katherine continued to dust off her clothes from her earlier 'fall' completely unaffected.

When Rav saw my golden, and my mates blue eyes glow her eyes had faded back to her normal ones, and with a sheepish surrendering look she said, "sorry, I lost control of my wolf for a second....ohh well.. come on inside"

All I could do was glare at my best friend for threatening my mate. When she finally disappeared into the house, I notice the confused, thoughtful look on her face, I'll talk to her about that later.

When I turned to my mates, I could feel a blush form on my face, because of the intense look they have when they look at me.

"Ruby?, Why do you have my Jeep?, Of all the car's you just had to touch this one?" All I could really do was give Katherine a sheepish smile to informally answer her question.

I just walked to her and gave her a peck on the cheek, then grabbed both my mates hands and dragged them all the way to my room.

Not sure of how to start the conversation, I watched as both my mates took a seat, the soon to be known one sat in the bed, and Katherine sat on the desk chair, I just sat on her lap, and wrapped my arms around her, she responded by wrapping hers around my waist, to secure me so I don't fall.

When I glanced at the werewolf on my bed, she stared longingly at the 2 of us, curious, but lovingly too.

"As awesome and wonderful as this is, I'm still clueless as to who the two of you are, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is usually where the whole introduction part happens" giggling at Katherine's blatant honesty, both myself and my soon to be known mate, locked eyes.

Third person pov💙

After Katherine set the table, Ruby and Allison giggled at her honesty.

"Allison De'Luca, I'm the future alpha to the blood-moon pack, my parents are the current Alpha and Luna, I'm 17, still in school, my favourite colour is purple and I'm really happy that I finally have my mates" That's all she could think of to say at the moment, she felt nervous and the way they looked at her didn't help.

"Ruby Evans, I'm the middle child, I'm 18, still in school, my favourite colours red, and I'm just as happy to finally meet my mates" She giggled as she copied and pasted her mates intro. When both ladies turned to Katherine, she didn't know what to do but shrugged and told them her name right after she got interrupted by the youngest set of twins, "Katherine Blackwood?!, Like the youngest multibillionaire business woman of the year?" The two curious vampires didn't really think before barging into the room, and they didn't really care either, when their super hearing picked up her name, they didn't stop to process the situation.
