Surfing accident

I've been working at the zoo for two weeks now, and I'm pretty much independent in my jobs, no longer needing Mike's constant supervision, which is very rewarding in and of itself, knowing that you've been trusted to watch over the animals with no supervision. But today, I was at the vet hospital with Dr. Sam, and we were doing a checkup on a pregnant koala, just to make sure both the mother and baby were safe and healthy. I'm currently cuddling with the koala, who has latched herself onto me for some reason. A voice addressed me.

"It's obvious who she likes." I came face to face with Robert Irwin when I looked up. Terri, his mother, was standing right behind him, watching the koala.

"I suppose she does; oh, sorry, where have my manners gone? Tara is my name, and I'm here on a work placement."

"We recognize you, dear; you made quite an impression on Bindi." Terri's calculating gaze washes over me the first time she spoke. She quickly departs to locate one of the other vet technicians, leaving Robert and me alone. All we did for the next hour was talk, mostly about the history of the koala in my arms. Of course, I'm calling my doctor, Dr. Sam, to assist her with a new patient. Robert extends his arms.

"I'll return her to the enclosure for you." I give her to Robert. Dr. Sam approaches me and hands me a clip board.

"We need to go to the red panda exhibit; Coco has been reflecting food, so while I check on him, I'm going to need you to take notes, and then when we get back, I want you to log all of the notes you took into the system." Dr. Sam led me out of the hospital and into a golf cart.

When I get back to the apartment, it's around 8 p.m. I said hello to my aunt and then went to my room. I sat on my bed and placed my bed next to my side table. I removed my shoes and took out my laptop. I began doing your university work until dinner. I was sitting in my room after dinner, finishing up some work, when I received a phone call. Ava had sent it.

"How was work, you little zoologists?" She inquired.

"It wasn't a particularly busy day; I was mostly taking notes and entering them into the system."

"Well, I need your assistance in selecting a swimmer."

"What?" I enquire.

"Don't you remember last week when you agreed to come to the beach with us to relax and surf?"

"Oh, I did it." It had completely slipped my mind with everything else going on in my life-working at the zoo, taking classes, and babysitting.

"Please do as you promised." I really can't say no to that expression.

"Okay"

"Great, I'll get my swimmers and then FaceTime you."

"Ok."

"I have three separate swimmers." "I've already chosen my wet suit top." I nod. "Anyway, I've got these options to wear under my surf top; I mean, I want to look good when I'm sunbathing." The first option was a polka-dot teal and white top with an underwire top and hipster bottom. A coral piece with a triangle bikini top and side-tie bottoms was the second option. A zebra printed bandeau bikini top with ring front detail and high-leg bikini bottoms were the final option.
