There was once a little girl, dressed in red, tasked with a very special job, delivering home baked goods to her Grandmother who lived in the forest. Red Riding Hoods mother gave her three special rules to follow.
1. Don't eat what's in the basket.
2. Never leave the path.
3. Stay away from the Wolf who lives in the forest.Little Red Riding Hood did her best to follow her mother's instructions, following the road carefully and avoiding eating the baked goods in the basket despite how much her stomach rumbled. "Little girl, what's in that basket?" A wolf asked, trotting along beside her. "Food for my grandmother" she said, not making eye contact with him. "Can I have some? I am so very hungry" the wolf asked, licking his lips. "I'm sorry Mr Wolf but it's for my grandmother so you can't have any" Little Red Riding Hood explained. "Hmm I see, well, it was nice meeting you" the wolf said before turning and heading into the forest.
When Little Red Riding Hood made it to her grandmother's house, suprised to find the cottage door open, we'll her grandmother was probably expecting her so she walked in without much thought. "Grandmother I'm here" she called out, not seeing her anywhere. "In here" her grandmother called out to her from another room. "Are you okay you sound weird" Red Riding Hood asked, walking in to her grandmother's room seeing her sat up in her bed. "Of course I'm just coming down with a cold."
"Grandmother you look different as well, what big eyes you have" Red Riding Hood said, edging closer to her Grandmother. "Well, all the better to see you with" her grandmother said brightly. "What a big nose you have" Red Riding Hood remarked, sitting next to her grandmother's bed. "Well all the better to smell you with" her grandmother said.
"And my- what big teeth you have!" Red Riding Hood gasped, leaning forward to look at her grandmother better. "Well" her grandmother began. "All the better to eat you with"
"Huh" Red Riding Hood said in surprised before being swallowed whole by the wolf who had been disguised as her grandmother. "Ah what a lovely meal I just had" the wolf said licking his lips and rubbing his tummy. "But... I'm still so hungry"

"Y/n for God sake will you hurry up!" A woman yelled shaking Y/n awake. Y/n jolted up, surprised by the stranger who was pulling at her rather aggressively. Y/n surveyed the room silently, she was in a small room where she found herself sat on a bed. "I need you to deliver this basket to your grandmothers cottage" the woman said pulling clothes out the wardrobe and throwing them onto the bed seeing that Y/n was now awake. "Get dressed" the woman said finally before leaving the room, shutting the door behind her.
Y/n stretched before getting ready in the clothes the woman had given her. It was a simple white shirt with frills down the front and a short black skirt and tights. She was given knee high black boots as well. Walking downstairs without getting lost, she was able to find the woman putting various food items into a big wooden basket. "Ah there you are" the woman said, closed the lid of the basket and greeting Y/n with a smile.
"Here, go put on your cloak and take this basket to your grandmother" the woman said handing her a Red cloak and then the basket once she put it on. "Now Y/n remember the three rules: Don't eat what's in the basket, stay on the path and stay away from the Wolf who lives in the forest" the woman said as Y/n nodded in response. "Good girl, tru and be back by sundown" she said, pushing Y/n out the front door, shutting it behind her. Y/n looked down at the path ahead of her which led to a thick forest.
"Guess I should follow the path then" Y/n said to herself, taking a step forward. It only took a few hours for Y/n to feel like she had made some real progress with getting deep into the forest. However she was starting tired from walking. She decided to rest at a nearby tree. Sitting down by the trunk.
Stretching out her legs, she felt a bit more relaxed. The chirping of the birds and the gentle rustle of the leaves made Y/n feel instantly relaxed. This was a welcome break from the craziness she endured over the past few days was something else. She did feel bad for Mellicent. He did try to help her. She hoped he was doing okay and that he wasn't holding a grudge on her for leaving, she didn't really have a choice for vanishing like that.
"Oh my, what do we have here?" A man says peering down at her. He had shaggy black hair that fell just to his green eyes. "Who are you?" Y/n asked sternly, narrowing her eyes at him. "My name is Hunter, I'm the local woodsman, it's rare to see young ladies such as yourself out here" he said brightly. Y/n stood up, dusting herself off, picking up the basket.
"Unless you have something of value to say, I'll be off" she spat, turning her heel to walk off. She didn't want to interact with anyone more than she had too in fear they would be exactly like the others she had met during her time here.
"Hey hey, don't be like that" Hunter said, catching up to her. "I'm just worried for your safety. There's been wolf sightings all over recently" he said trying to calm her. Y/n looked at him suspiciously. "At least let me accompany you to were you're going. I don't think I could live with myself if I left you out here by yourself" Hunter said, trying to convince her to let him go with her.
"Fine, but no talking" she said, glaring at him. He made a zipping motion with his hand going across his mouth. Making Y/n think he understood. The two walked in silence to her grandmother's house. Y/n felt Hunter getting closer to her. "What the hell do you think you're doing!?" She yelled, slapping him away. "Sorry sorry" he said, rubbing his cheek where she slapped him.
"It's just you smelled so lovely, I couldn't help it" he explained smiling brightly, as if it was normal to sniff someone you had just met. "It was probably the treats in the basket" Y/n said gesturing towards the basket in her hands. "Hmm you're probably right" Hunter said, his eyes never leaving her body.
At sundown they finally reached her grandma's house. Only to find the door wide open. "That's... weird" Y/n said walking inside, hunter following her inside. "Grandma?" Y/n shouted. No response. Y/n walked into a bedroom, presumably her grandmother's room. It was a mess. Clothes were torn up and thrown about the floor.
Large scratch marks decorated the walls. "Oh my god!" She yelled falling to the ground. "Y/n? What's wrong!?" Hunter yelled coming into the room. "I think my grandma was attacked" Y/n said, her eyes glued to the scratch marks on the walls. "Wait..." Y/n began. "How did you know my name?" She asked, turning to face him.
He was smiling brightly at her. Pointed teeth on display. Pointed ears sprouted on top of his head. A short black tail was wagging from behind him. "Your grandmother kept screaming your name as I bit into her. I promised that you would join her soon... but" Hunter said stepping towards her. Pinning her down to the ground.
"You smell too good to eat" he purred, licking her neck with his tongue. "I'm worried if I don't contain myself I really will end up eating you" he said a love sick expression spreading across his face. A bright blush covered his cheeks as he panted in excitement. "Oh Y/n I can't wait to have you"
"Please" Y/n cried out. "Why won't this end?"
