Third person pov:

Percy opened the nearest door he could find and the two of them entered.

A few seconds later they heard a noise like, clop clop clop. Lile muffled wood blocks, then a sound like an animal snuffling right outside the door.

Y/n tried to stay as silent as Percy could, they didnt want to grt caught listening in on others conversation.

"Nothing." Mr Brunner spoke somewhere in the hallway. "My nerves havnt been right since the winter solstice

"Mine neither." Grover said, "But i could have sworn-"

"Go back to the dorm." Mr Brunner told him, "Youve got a long day of exams tomorrow."

"Dont remind me."

The lights went out in Mr Brunners office, Y/n and Percy slipped out into the hallway and Percy made his way back to his dorm as Y/n went back to her own.

As Percy arrived in his dorm, Grover was lying on his bed studying his Latin notes, like he had been there all night.

"Hey ready for the test?" He asked Percy, he didnt reply.

"Hey you okay?" Grover asks again.

"Yeah, just tired." Percy replies, he turned so Grover couldnt see his expression

(To Y/n )

When Y/n arrived in her dorm, she found her friend, Larisha, lying on her bed reading a book.

"Hey Larisha." Y/n says smiling at her, she smiles back, she was a mute girl, she couldnt speak in other words.

"Exams are going to be rough." Y/n says, the mute girl nods, and grabs a piece of paper and writes something, she then hands the paper to Y/n.

"Im not even going to bother to study." Larisha wrote, y/n shrugged.

"Suit your self." She said, and collapsed on her bed, plugging her earphones in, she decided to rather listen to audio studying than trying to read the words which jumbled by themself.

( the next afternoon during Latin test )

"Percy dont be discouraged about leaving Yancy....its for the best " Mr Brunner says to Percy, his tone was kind yet it still embarassed Percy.

All the kids finishing their tests could hear, Nancy smirked, and made kissing motions, but Y/n just smiled reassuring at him which made him feel a lot better.

"Yes sir." Percy mumbled

"I mean.....this isnt the right place for you and Y/n, it was only a matter of time." Mr Brunner says, Y/n's head shot up at the sudden involvment of herself in their conversation.

"Right." Y/n and Percy said, they were somewhat trembling.

Y/n Pov:

"No no." Mr Brunner said, "Oh confound it all. What im trying to say is that you two are not normal." He continues

I was somewhat offended....i mean i know Thanatos is my father and all....but it sounded harsh the way he put it.

"Thanks, thanks alot sir for reminding me." Percy blurted

"Percy-" Mr Brunner started, but he got up and left, i ran after him.

"Percy wait!" I call out, he stops and turns to me.
