Chapter 15
Surprises, surprises and even more surprises.
Dan and Phil jumped away from each other,were they just about to kiss.. Sophie and I stood awkwardly as dan bit his lip. "WAHEEEY, so what're you here for babe?" Dan gets up and snakes his hand around her waist. Dan gives Phil and me the eyes, signalling us to get out. Phil holds my hand as we walk out into the lounge room. I sit down Phil's lap, he plays with my hair as I kiss his neck lightly.
"Rachael.." He whined, I smiled as I laid my head on his shoulder. "I love you Phil." I whispered into his ear, kissing his neck again. "Stop being a tease." He pulled me back, I was giggling uncontrollably. He started to tickle my belly lightly through my singlet, just as I stopped laughing. I burst out into laughter once more trying to tell Phil to stop. That's when there was a knock on the door, I hid behind the couch whilst Phil ran to it and opened. I listened carefully. "Eyy Phil!" Chris sings, "Pj! Chris!" Phil sounds surprised. I arised from the couch, "Raaaach!" Pj sings, I get up and give them both a hug. "Where's Dan?" Chris asks curiously, I look at Phil smiling. "He's in his room with Sophie." Phil replied smiling, "I'm sure they'll come out after they hear your reactions to our news.."
Chris smiled at Peej.
I bit my lip, Chris pulled out six pieces of shiny, rectangular paper. "What're they?.." I ask, excitement growing in my stomach. I jumped over to Phil and held his hand. "Well... Pj entered a competition... And he won." Chris said, cheekily. "What was the prize?!" I say, needing to know. "Six tickets to Venice in Italy!" I screamed and fell to the floor in excitement. "Wait there's more.. We get paid accommodation from the 23rd until the 4th at the five star hotel Ruzzini Palace! With the flights also, return tickets all paid, first class aswell!" I begun to cry from excitement, Dan and Sophie rushed out of his room and wondered what was going on. Phil told them and Sophie was on the floor freaking out with me. "When's the flights?" Dan questioned, excited. "Seven in the morning tomorrow. It's a two and a half hour flight from here to Frankfurt, Germany. Then another three hour flight from there to Venice." I jump around so excited, "Is it we go venice? Is it we go venice?" I giggle, everyone laughs. "Well we need to go pack. Since we have to be through customs 2 hours before flight I suggest we get here at four tomorrow morning yes?" Pj asks, that didn't sound to flash but yeah whatever. We're going to Venice for a month! "Yeah I've gotta go pack too. I'll see you guys tomorrow." Sophie says, kissing Dan goodbye before shutting the door behind her.
I rush into my room and pull out the two massive black plastic suitcases that I need. I put In all the clothes that I'll need. I've decided to use my birthday money to pay for my extra bag to go on board. I got my cute, billabong floral print duffle bag and put everything in there that I needed in the cabin. I smiled, double checking I had everything. I was so excited! I've always wanted to go to Venice, and nows my chance.
