How I am now only realising,I don't know.

As Jude and I sat outside the headmasters office waiting for him to finish with Rowan and Alejandro I found myself admiring the small silver ring on his right hand.It was boring really,a plain silver band with nothing to it.Yet he still managed to make it look good.

And that was something I would never admit to.

Somehow,the incident from the party a few days ago had reached the school and now we were all being punished.

In all fairness,Jude hadn't done anything,he was just there.

But me,Rowan and Alejandro had all been physical and put hands on somebody therefor out punishments were probably far worse than his.

He looked quite rough,one purple nose and scruffy hair that didn't lie in any specific direction,his eyes were underlined with dark circles and he just looked really pissed off in general.

I rolled my eyes at his grumpy state and tried listening in on the conversation across the door.

The school was old,with dark wooden features and stained glass windows,it made the whole building feel more homey.

I remember my old school,the normal one,was much more modern and it just felt like I wasn't meant to be there whereas this school makes me feel like I am in a move and I love it.

"You really don't give two shits do you?" Jude scoffed,catching my attention.When I turned to face him he had already plastered a scowl on his face with brows furrowed and eyes narrowed directly at me. "You think he's just going to have you clean for the day?"

I tried not to laugh at his dramatics "Is it going to ruin your reputation?" I pouted.

His jaw tightened in what looked like frustration more than anger and before either of us could say anything further,the door swung open by two guards,both holding Rowan and Alejandro by their hands behind their backs.

What was this,a fucking arrest?

Rowan's eyes glanced at me for a mere second and I could tell he wanted to get away,I was just about ready to stand up and stop them until the headmaster came out behind them,looking at Jude and I with a sinister smile.

I could see Jude shift uncomfortably from the corner of my eye but didn't dear rip my gaze from the large man in front of me.

His eyes flickered between the two of us before sticking to me.

"Miss Sonnet" He nodded his head "Can't say I am too surprised to see you here.

My brows furrowed in confusion and this time I turned to my right,sharing the look with Jude which he mirrored.

"Follow me please." He continued.

We followed our headmaster Alistair as two guards kept extremely close behind us.We were being led through doors that blended in with the walls like secret passages and although I was mainly curious to what was planned for us,I couldn't help the eager excitement as I mentally mapped the school.

It got to a point where the halls were so small that Jude's shoulder was constantly brushing against mine,almost pinning me to the wall with how broad and strong they were.

Alistair opened a dark oak double doors and walked inside but before I could ever step inside two strong hands from behind gripped onto my arms and led me inside themselves.

A small gasp escaped my mouth at the unexpected contact and as much as I tried getting out of their grasp,the guard was far too strong for me.

I was pushed into a small chair and as if by magic,two steel cuffs had my wrists trapped to the arms.

A pained groan rumbled from my throat as I felt something sharp digging into my whole wrist,drawing blood from my skin.There must have been something sharp all the way around the cuffs that were inserted in my flesh,preventing me from escaping.

"Jude." Alistair appeared next to the frozen boy.

He hadn't been put in a chair like me,he hadn't even been touched,

Instead he was still stood by the door,watching me with wide eyes and furrowed brows,you could say a slight look of concern on his face but with him you never know.

Alistair took Jude's hand,placing a small black control in his palm as he patted his back.

When he didn't move,eyes still trained on me,our headmaster's eyes glanced to something behind me and before I could register anything a black piece of fabric was being wrapped over my mouth and tied around my head.

My eyes began watering ever so slightly out of pure frustration as I focused my gaze on the ceiling,attempting to even my breaths.

"It's all down to you son" His old voice had my heart stop.At the same time,two wires were being stuck to my temples "You know how it goes."

Jude looked at our master with a blank expression and it only seemed to anger him more.

I watched as the brunette pressed a button on the control,striking sharp pains throughout my body,painful enough for me to clench my teeth.

The old man barked a wicked laugh as he encouraged Jude "Oh come on now,we both know you want to get payback" Jude clenched his jaw,his adams apple bobbing slowly as he gulped "Do it!"

With that,he pressed another button,this time the pain so unbearable I couldn't stop the tortured scream filling the room.My head felt dizzy and my vision had become blurry,though I could still make out Alistair's unhinged grin.

Just as everything started to blacken,an unfamiliar female voice came barging through the doors,her words muffled.

"How are you feeling?" The same voice reached my ears as I adjusted to the bright light.

My eyes danced around the room,looking for something that would tell me where I am and when I found multiple hospital like beds a breath I hadn't realised I was holding left my lips.

I turned to the voice,seeing a middle aged woman with light hair and pretty green eyes,she wore a white nurse uniform with a notebook and pen in hand.My eyes averted to the name tag on her right which read 'Katrini'.

I had propped myself up the slightest with both elbows as I searched for my words "Electrocuted?" I attempted to lighten the mood.

The nurse only gave me a sympathetic smile and perched herself at the edge of the bed "You have been out for almost a week now Aida." Her hand found my leg in a comforting gesture. 

I couldn't help but snort at her,not believing it one bit.

"Oh come on,it wasn't that bad." I rolled my eyes,a smirk on my lips.

"Your heart stopped hun,it was very bad."

My smirk dropped at her comment,my face wiping any emotion off of it as I digested her words.

I opened my mouth to say something but the door to the big room swung open and a familiar ginger and blonde came running in with giftbags and balloons in hand.

I looked to the nurse for one last second,taken aback.
