It was a time when india was suffering from a lot of corruption,unemployment, high crime rates and many more. People had lost all their hopes from the current ruling party i.e. The national union party . And People saw the other party i.e. The national development party as their only hope to pull them out from their present problems . The national development party won the elections of 2012 with an overwhelming majority of seats in the parliament, hence India got its new ruling party and a new prime minister.
The newly elected Prime Minister was highly ambitious to tighten the nation's national security . He had several meetings with the RAW , INTELLIGENCE BEURO and NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY . And so finally concluded to launch the mission "RAKSHAK KAWACH" .

Mission rakshak kawach meant to personally train kids of age of approx 7 years old , and make them highly skilled soldiers that are not only Excellent close combat fighters but are too intelligent and had outstanding problem solving and decision making skills. As soon as the president agreed on this secret mission the rakshak kawach , it was implemented soon before anything else . Total 40 children were inducted based on the 'intelligence test' cum 'personal interview' from various orphanages across the nation . This mission was given to RAW , research and analysis wing . All 40 kids selected were all of the same age of approx 7 years old and all were highly talented . But three kids were taken out to separately train them from other kids . They were named Leon , phoenix and lucy . And so on there training began and they were all residing in a society authorised by RAW.
"Why do these 3 kids are being trained under special observation sir ?" A raw officer asked his senior.
"These three kids can easily secure All India rank 1 in any competitive exam , just imagine what they will become if they were taught sufficient skills in right direction of life !" Senior officer 'Albert' replied.

Under the close guidance of Albert and his team they taught all the skills and techniques they could teach to Leon , phoenix and Lucy . Those kids were all almost at the same level but still there were some -things that made them much different from each others.
