"Are you excited?" I hear my mom preach from the car seat in front of me. "You could say so.." I respond, my response not a yes nor a no. I never wanted to move schools. I had loads of friends and my reputation amongst students was quite good in my opinion. Oh but no, my parents felt the need to move me for such a small problem. I almost got a girl pregnant. Most people might think it's not so small, but I've done much worse.
I did not even get her pregnant. It was an almost life ruining occurence. Emphasis on the almost. Dont think I'm irresponsible and that I didn't use protection. I did and she had said multiple times before that she was on the pill. The condom had broken and neither of else felt it until I came inside her. Her eyes widened and i knew something was wrong.
News had spread around quite quickly. I mean this girl was known for not keeping her mouth shut but to a point where my parents found out and moved me to a whole different school, that was going overboard. Her being on the pill saved us though.
Now I'm here driving to this new school. I only found out last week that it was a boarding school when my dad told me to start packing my suitcase for school. Heart dropped but this might be a good new start.
I look out the window. Cars driving by, the sound of their tires on the road filling my ears, my mind only thinking about how this new school is going to be like. North Shore Highschool. Apparently one of the best, but also one of the top for good looking girls of all kinds. Only exciting part really.
Good thing is I have a close friend at North Shore. Her name is Lisa. I've known Lisa since we were 9. I haven't seen her in about 2 years. She always got me involved in situations but I have to admit, they are hilarious to look back at. I can not wait to see her after all this time.
I doze off in the car. The cold air from the air conditioning hitting my face calming me down from a stressful year to come. We eventually arrive at the large school. Not only a large building but a large amount of students. It was a bit overwhelming I must say. My eyes roam around looking for a specific person. My eyes land on a familiar face.
The 5,5 girl standing alone looking down at her phone. She was wearing a white and black beanie, a white graphic T-shirt, black cargo pants and panda dunks on. All color matching. She always knew how to put that shit on. Her dark -ish skin glowing in the sun. Her lengthy lashes laying lazily on her dark chocolate brown almond eyes. Her lips juicy and covered with a pink lip gloss.
I unlock the car door and get out closing it behind me. I go to the boot of the car to take out my suitcase and bag. I packed more then I needed, but you always need options when it comes to clothing. I swing my bag around my shoulder and grab the handle of my suitcase. I close the door of the trunk and look up to where Lisa was standing to go greet her.
She was gone. I wondered where she would have left. "BOO!" I hear a familiar voice shout from behind me. I jump letting out a high pitched scream drawing attention my way. I turn behind me to see Lisa laughing her ass off like that was funny. "Lisa what the hell!" I loudly voiced while laughing as well. "You should of seen your face JJ!" She tried saying while holding her stomach from laughter.
