"Children, for your own safety, we're going into full lockdown. No one leave your seats. As long as you stay where you are, you are all safe." Ms Granada told them over the speaker.
"Yeah, right. They can't protect us from that. We just saw it." Wildcard said angrily.
"You got a better idea?!" Grace said with tears in her eyes. Wildcard looked down guiltily and Grace went back to comforting Guppy.
"We should probably do what Miss Granada says." Guppy told them.
"Uh, pardon me, but..." Missy tried to say but Face maker interrupted "The last look on my dad's face will haunt me forever." He pulled the face but no one laughed.
"What do they want from us?" Noodle asked.
"Do you think our parents are okay?" A Capella asked.
"Uh, excuse me?" Missy said again.
"What?" Wildcard snapped at her crossing his arms.
"We need to leave this room right now." Missy instructed them.
"Why?" Grace asked confused.
"Because the aliens know where we are, and they're coming for us next." Missy explained.
"How could you possibly know that?" Wildcard wondered.
"Can I borrow this a minute?" Missy asked. Ojo nodded and handed her the iPad "Ojo drew these. Face maker standing on top of the floating chairs, Noodles smashing the exercise ball..."
"She draws what she sees, big deal." Wildcard said.
"She drew these things five minutes before they happened." Missy hinted. Grace stood beside her and figured out what she was trying to say "Ojo's superpower isn't that she can draw, she can draw the future."
"Okay, cool. Good for Ojo. What's your point?" Wildcard questioned.
"She also drew these alien creatures breaking into this very room." She told them showing the picture. She pointed to the vent in the top corner of the room "There."
"Whoa! You're saying they'll come through there?" Face maker asked looking wearily at the vent.
"She's right. All these drawings suddenly make perfect sense. Ojo can see the future." Wheels said flicking through them.
"Let me get this straight." Wildcard said "Some new girl shows up with absolutely zero powers, and suddenly we're gonna do what she says?"
"Seems like she's got a point." Fast-forward told them supportively.
"A moment ago, you agreed that we weren't safe here." Missy Grace reminded him.
"We're safer in here than running around outside with you two playing captains." Wildcard retorted.
"We just want to get out of here." If anybody wants to join us, you're free to follow." Missy said.
"Fine." Wildcard gave in uncrossing his arms "We're getting out of here, but only because I say so, you got that?"
"What's the plan? Granada said this place is on lockdown. There'll be guards everywhere." Wheels asked the girls.
"Yeah, Gracie. What's the plan?" Wildcard taunted.
"Well... I figure this is kind of like making an omelette." Missy said smiling with Grace as she finished "You always start by..."
"Breaking some eggs." Noodles said cracking his knuckles.
