Chan pov

When I came back from work and picked up Lily, we both decided to just go to get some fast food. It was already too late to drive to a supermarket and get some food and to be honest, we were kinda lazy, so we did it that way.

When we were home, we sat down on the couch and watched her favourite tv series.

I slowly felt Lily falling asleep, which is why I stood up with her and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and comb her hair. With her eyes half closed I helped her to put on her pyjamas and set her to bed.

I pulled the purple blanket over her and laid down next to her. Not even 4 minutes later she fell asleep. I placed a kiss on her forehead and stood up to leave her room. I didn't close the door completely tho.

I went back into the living room and turned off the tv. I unpacked Lily's backpack, my bag and cleaned our flat a little.

Tomorrow would be Lily's 5th birthday, so I still had to bake something. I went through some things and then decided on doing muffins. They're not that hard to make, that should go fast.

So I closed the kitchen door and started to bake the muffins and some cookies.

In the end the kitchen was a complete chaos. If I would have known better, I would have asked Felix if he could help me, but now it's too late.

The muffins are ready and the cookies are cooling down right now. I was just about to clean things up, when I heard a scream.

I immediately put everything down I had in my hands and went to Lily's room, just to find her crying in her bed.

"Oh princess, what happened?" I walked up to her and sat down next to her. She crawled over to me and sat down on my lap.
"I-I dreamed that- that you were- you were go- gone and I- I was a- alone. I- I couldn't s-see you. No- no one was here.." I meanwhile started to brush through her hair with my fingers and she slowly calmed down.
"It's okay princess. Daddy is here, I'm not going to leave you."

We sat like that for a while until Lily looked up right into my eyes.
"C-can I sleep in your bed..?" She quietly asked, to which I nodded smiling and stood up with her and her favourite stuffy.
"Ofcourse you can."

I laid her down in my bed and put on a little light.

"I'm gonna be right back okay? I just have to finish something." The little girl nodded and cuddled up into my blanket.

I left my bedroom and quickly cleaned up the kitchen. I put the muffins into a little transporting container, the cookies into a bowl, turned out all the lights and went into the bathroom, to make myself ready for bed.

When I walked into my room I saw Lily tiredly playing with her stuffed koala. I smiled, quickly changed my clothes and laid down next to her.

While I set up an alarm, Lily cuddled up to me and kissed my cheek, which I replied smiling.

"Sleep well my angel."
"You too Daddy.." She yawned and closed her eyes. I waited until she fell asleep and then closed my eyes myself.
