You say you miss me
But you are always with her
A friend who was just just being
Too friendly, I guess
You walk all over me
And yet my eyes twinkle
When I see you in the room
I try to put in some more trust
But it seems to float away
You use me
Then lie to my face
I know it doesn't hurt you
When my smile fades away
But I'm putting myself first
From now on
Because I realize what I'm worth
One day I'll be fine
And this will be be just a memory
I deserve more
Someone who'll give me the world
Because I am their world
And my eyes will twinkle even brighter than it did
When I was with you
