It was a dark night, a new moon was out. That evening, Taco was spying and could see Mephone preparing the next challenge under some tarp. Odd. She thought, walking onto the contestant grounds. She carefully maneuvered over any sticks she could snap, or even any rocks she could trip on. Taco turned off the bowtie invisibility. She'd sigh uncomfortably, shes not very used to being so out in the open, especially on a night like this.Taco stepped towards the blue tarp, now realizing how huge this thing really was. What could even be behind it? She checked for a corner, tapping the tarp impatiently. There! A hand rested on the tarps corner.. But it wasn't Tacos hand. "So you still haven't stopped, have you Taco?" A raspy, angry voice called, but Taco didn't turn. "I've stopped," She lied, "But I'm curious on what's behind this tarp and why Mephone had to hide it. I mean, I can see it all the way from the forest.. Aren't you curious too? I mean its quite a peculiar shape."
Knife took a moment to look it up and down, finally sighing before nodding his head. "I'd rather wait though." He shrugged, walking away. Too easy.. she mumbled, grinning. Grabbing onto the tarp, taco raised the corner and slipped inside. The darkness swallowed her, taco hit her head on 3 things already and huffed. She started to sort through her shells containments, grabbing a flashlight and turning it on.
She gasped, intrigued. It was a parkour course! A basic one sure, but it would still be challenging from the looks of it. Taco wanted to practice the course herself but the floor was a sandbox, she would get caught. She stepped backwards, dusting her tracks back into piles of flat sand before closing the tarp once again. Retreating back to the forest.
Suitcase yawned, getting up and stretching her legs. The sounds of flapping tarp in the wind in the distance made her sigh. She started making her way into the forest. Suitcase stopped, hearing the sounds of walking trailing after her. She'd turn slowly, nobody. Suitcase stared into the thicket beyond her. Whipping her head around and running. Suitcase watched as the trees started to enclose on her, she squeezed her eyes as she hopped into the clearing.
Suitcase looked around, her eyes locking onto taco, who was pouring herself more tea. "There you are, excited for the next challenge?" Taco asked, her gaze moving from the tea to suitcase. "I think I am?... but that tarp was getting a little annoying." Suitcase sighed. Taco laughed, smiling. "Well, I may have checked what's behind that horrid tarp while you were.. out of business per-se? Well anyways, it's a parkour course. There's not much I can do to help, but there's some things you can do to help yourself."
"What do you mean by.. 'Things'?"
"Sabotage, of course."
Suitcase shot her gaze up to tacos, who was sitting their slyly, sipping their tea. "But they're my friends! I cant Sabotage them..." Taco threw her tea into the bushes. "When your that far into the game, you can't think of them as your 'friends'!" Taco raised her arms up. "If you're planning on being safe, you better win that challenge!"
"I just don't think sabotage is the best wa—"Horns blared, Taco scoffed and whispered. "You can't count on anyone but yourself." Then she... teleported away?. Odd.. Suitcase shrugged and started walking back to the contestant grounds. Ready to start the next challenge.
