"Still haven't talked to Niall I see." I shut my locker and began walking with Blair to our next classes. This is the class that I have with Harry, I get butterflies every single day before I get there.

"Nope, if he is going to be a jerk, he needs to apologize, not me." She shrugs, seemingly proud of herself.

"Don't you think you're taking this a little too out of proportion? He just doesn't want you to get hurt you know. I think a week is punishment enough without talking to you." Poor Niall just watching out for Blair and she doesn't even see it.

"Ahh, maybe you're right. That's sweet of him, I'll see him after History and I'll talk to him."

"Good, because I hate when my best friends are fighting. No Bueno." I shake my finger in the air and laugh at my random gesture and how randomly weird it was.

"Weirdo, well, have fun with my future husband in there. Make sure you tell me if he talks about me, okay?"

"Right. See ya." I wave goodbye and walk in and go directly to my assigned seat. Conveniently it happens to be behind Harry's desk. So I get to stare at his brown curly locks all day wanting to just run my fingers through it.

The things this boy does to girls and he doesn't even try. It's amazing.

I pull out yesterday's assignment and place it on my desk neatly, ready to be turned in. I'm not an overachiever, I'm just prompt and ready to go, so don't you NERD! me.

I still have a little over five minutes until the bell rings, so I decide to pull out my favorite book, Stolen by Lucy Christopher. I reread it all the time because it just intrigues me no matter how many times I've read it.

It's about a girl who gets kidnapped by someone who has been watching over her for her entire life, well not when she was a baby, but a kid. And the book is her letter to her captor. Really good read, I recommend it 10/10.

"Still reading that book I see, you are a pretty slow reader." His voice sucks the breath out of me. I look up to find the voice has the matching beautiful pair of light green eyes I knew would follow.

"I reread it all the time, glad you noticed." I smiled before quickly turning my head back into the book.

"Lame."

"What?"

"I said that's lame." He has a smirk set on his face.

"Oh? And whys that?" I question, slightly annoyed at the name calling.

"Because you're just reading the same thing time and time again. You already know the ending, why do you keep reading?"

"I happen to like the ending very much, it leaves an intriguing wonder. You don't know exactly what happens and you have to make it up for yourself. Unlike you who probably has it all planned out. You are going to be the rich Bachelor that every girl in the land desires. You'll have a different girl every night and parties every weekend. You have it all planned out I'm sure." I stuff my face back into the book.

"Wow, you think you have me all figured out, don't you?" He still has the unfortunately adorable smirk on his face when I look up.

"Ehh, I don't know, maybe. I'm just saying, not knowing what the ending is, but taking it into your own hands is what I like."

"You keep me on the edge Belgium, I like it." His smirk changes to a smile that only kills me even more inside.

"Always have to Styles, I love entertaining my fans."

He laughs at my comment and the bell rings unfortunately interrupting our conversation. That damn bell.

"Okay class, to start, I want everyone to pick a partner." My teacher bellows closing the door behind him.

This is the time when I go up to the teachers desk and ask if I can work alone since I don't talk to anyone else in this stupid classroom.
I kick my chair back and stand up getting ready to do the walk of shame as everyone else excitedly finds their partners.

"Jasmine," a hand grabs my arm, I look down to see Harry smiling, "want to be partners?"

What? He wants to be partners will me? I can't even say anything to him. I just gawk like an idiot, perpetually surprised.

He raises his eyebrows in question, awaiting my answer. This is not a life or death question, just say yes Jasmine. Say yes.

"I know you usually work alone, but I mean having a little help wouldn't hurt." He smiles and that allows me to finally get my words out.

"Yeah, yeah we can be partners." I mirror his smile.

"Okay, great because for a second I thought you'd say no, then I'd be a loner and sad."

I laugh at his comment, "We can't have that, the world would burst into flames."

He throws his head back laughing, "True, and I don't think anyone wants that, then we wouldn't get to see your beautiful face everyday."

"W-what?" My heart drops to the floor, did he just say that? Did he really just say that? Don't look too much into it, he is just being charming.

"I- I said, true." He looks down quickly and I actually see a hint of red on his cheeks. Why is he blushing?!

"Alright class, now that you have your partners. We are going to be working on a project. This is going to be your final project for 60% of your grade. We will be having a science fair within our classroom, and you and your partner will be creating something to show off to us!" He excitedly claps his hands.
Harry turns around and rolls his eyes at me and puts his hand up mocking the teachers talking.

"Harry Styles, is there a problem?"

Harry turns around quickly, "Nope, not at all sir," his green eyes look at me then back at the teacher, "Not at all."
