Chapter 9: A 'Burning Flame', school ends (Revised)

Kentwood High School. Kent, Washington

Lunch time

Jason: "So, how was everyone's time here so far?"

Cinder: "I say it was pretty enjoyable so far~"

Daniel: "What did Landon kiss you or something?"

Landon and Cinder who were blushing said nothing.

Mercury: "They did."

Daniel: "What..."

Emerald: "Mercury!"

Mercury: "What?"

Everyone turned to the 2 with some questionable looks.

Logan: "So, you two actually kissed!?"

Cinder: "Not exactly~"

Landon: "But why does that matter dAd~"

Logan: "It's barley been a day!? And stop with the dad stuff!"

Daniel: "He ain't wrong though..."

Logan: "What do you mean?"

Jason: "You do act like the father of this dumbassery group."

Logan: "Still though! Only a day!?"

Cinder: "Mhm, but I don't care~"

Yang: "So what happened?"

Landon: "W-well... I...."

Jake: "Seems fire lover is too embarrassed to answer."

Landon: "S-shut up!"

Jake: "Nah. So, how did it happen?"

Cinder: "So, as you remember how all of us met the first time."

Daniel: "Let me guess, that's where you found him.... interesting?"

Cinder: "Right on the spot, the second he introduced himself I found him interesting."

Mercury: "I swear you fell in love with him the second you saw him."

Cinder: "Is that a problem~"

Landon: "W-wait, you love me... It's only been a day!?"

Cinder: "But so much during the day~"

Flashback 1

Landon: "So you're actually Cinder Fall?"

Cinder: "Yup~"

Landon: "Y'know I always wanted to meet you or the voice actor." 

Cinder: "Oh really."

Landon: "What can I say, I respect women and people who like fire."

Cinder: "*Drags here finger across his chest* Well, I can appreciate that."

Landon: "Y-yeah I can f-figure that out."

Neo: 'I think she likes him'

Mercury who rolled his eyes responded with some sarcasm, "What makes you think that." 

Emerald: "It's pretty obvious."

Cinder: "I never thought I would see someone else who loves fire, or should I say a certain hot fire~."
