It was 1.30 am and Ally Tess and Hunter decided to get out of their cabin and have a night snack. That night they stayed up because they intended to have a pajama party so they couldn't not having a little snack at night and transgressing the rules of the Camp.

ally and Hunter tiptoed silently over the crunching grass while Tess walked normal as if nothing had happened. they arrived in the canteen where they had to pay more attention because the wooden tiles, not being well placed, dodged noisily creating disturbing sounds.

with a lot of patience they reached the pantry, there was various fruit and vegetables including oranges bananas carrots broccoli aubergines tinned meat and some cheap snacks

after a while the boys returned to their cabin with the things needed to have a good night's snack. they ate putting whipped cream everywhere and talked about this and that Ally and Hunter at one point They started talking about their friends and what they did in the first years of high school also telling about their adventures and their stories. Tess stayed off the subject, preferring not to talk or think about it. she had nothing to say she'd never had friends, or rather had had them, the ones you're with because you have to or the ones who don't talk to you after three days. But it didn't bother her, in fact she was better off alone, but she couldn't stand it as a topic to talk about. those were the times when he felt out of place

Hunter and Ally looked at each other and then hugged Tess tightly, who was surprised but let her go
