The Liking game

"Happy birthday my dearest grandson"

My grandma cupped my cheeks and wished me.

"Here is your gift"

She handed me a box wrapped in pretty gift wrap.

"Oh~ Can I open it now?" I asked her looking at it excitedly.

"Sure!"

I opened it and paused as I saw the gift.

I felt so grateful for her being my grandma.

"Where did you get the money?" I nudged her arm with my elbow.

"Your grandma is rich!!" She flexed her new watch that bought along with my birthday gift.

My gift was a really expensive watch.

I smiled to her.

"I will go and keep it in the room"

She nodded and walked to my room to keep the box safely.

I gasped seeing my step dad as I turned around.

He smirked.

"It's been a while Taehyun" He wrapped his hand around my shoulder.

The memories started hitting me harshly.

I tried keeping distance from him.

He squeezed my shoulder as he spoke.

I awkwardly pulled away from his grip and ran out.

I felt my breathe getting shorter as I panted because of the illusions I was seeing.

I could hear his voice in my ears though I wasn't around him.

My grandma walked near to me.

"You look pale, what happened?" She concernedly looked at me and patted my back.

I controlled my tears in.

I hugged her tightly.

"Can we just go somewhere far away?"

I asked her looking into her eyes with my red and teary eyes.

"Please"

I asked her.

She nodded and secretively took my bag and her away.

I booked a car and we went away to my grandma's house.

"What happened?" My grandma asked holding my hand.

"Grandma..."

"Your grandson, can't make you proud"
