"I have to go do a surgery.!"
"You can always just stay here with me."
"Mmm. As much as I would enjoy that I can't. This kid is getting a lung transplant. And you have a big mission today."
"One that I'm not Looking forward to and plus the kid can wait."
"No he can't! It starts in an hour I have to go prep."
"Alright alright fine. But we're finishing this later."

You slept for a half an hour max before you got paged again. You weren't paged unless someone was bleeding or dying and if it wasn't you made whoever did its life a living hell from that day forward.
"Somebody better be dying or on fire." You huffed.
"Well uh..Kate was discharged early this morning while you were asleep and she was checked back in an hour ago because she had a seizure."
"Oh great." You sighed frustrated. The nurse led you to the room where they placed Kate and you were a bit surprised by who was there with her. "Welcome back Ms. Bishop." You greeted the young woman who looked fairly pale and exhausted. "What exactly happened?" You asked lifting up her hospital gown.
"We were on a walk and all of a sudden I blacked out." Kate answered.
"Just walking huh. You have a mild concussion and scrapes running up your thighs. So you had to be running somewhere and I wouldn't be surprised if you were on a mission."
"A mission? Pfft! What mission? I don't have missions."
"Your a bad liar Kate. Just lay off on the running and falling and getting kicked by bad guys just for a few months. This isn't gonna get any better if you keep pushing yourself. I'm going to give you a medication and than we're gonna get some scans of your brain alright?"
"How long will that take?"
"A little over and hour." Doctor Luther answered stepping in. "We will have you in and out as soon as possible." He assured them. "You can go I got this."

"Doctor Clark!" A intern called out from down the hall.
"What is it Goggles?"
"There was a bad accident down town. People say it had something to do with aliens I don't know."
"How many were injured?"
"6? 9 at most. 1 died before they could make it to the ER." He informed. You followed him down rushing to the pit. People were being treated but not fast enough. They were bleeding out and you had to do your best to try and help all of them.
"This is Abigail! She's 17 years old, her leg got stuck underneath something and it probably will need to be amputated."
"Alright page doctor Berlin immediately she needs to be checked for infections before she bleeds out." You nodded to them moving on to the next patient.
"This is Hellen! She is 38 years old with heart disease and is a type one diabetic."
"Where are my babies.! I need to see my babies!"
"Their gonna be fine ma'am just relax!" You urged her getting the mask from the cabinet and placing it over her mouth and nose. You placed 2 fingers on her neck and checked for a strong pulse but instead it was weak. "She's dying! We need Doctor Kepner and Doctor Luther down her asap! Don't let her die you understand me!"
"Yes ma'am.!" The interns and doctors nodded.
"This is eleven year old Amelia. She's paralyzed from the car going in on her. Her pulse was weak last time we checked it. She's brain dead."
"She has a heart beat. I want to get her up to an O.R right now. Page Cardio to O.R. 7!" You ordered. "Let's roll out!"
