𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 || 𝐀 𝐉𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐜

"RIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNGGGG"

I woke up to the dreaded noise of my alarm clock and I got ready for work. I checked my phone for the schedules today. I packed all of the stuff I needed in my bag and I ordered a taxi... It was quite hard living alone. There was no one to talk to, and I had to take care of myself when I'm sick, and I have to be paranoid every night about serial killers or robbers that might enter my house. 

I arrived at the building, sat at the cafe, and ate my breakfast. After I ate, I went to my office and started to print out the documents Jeonghan needed for his meeting. I started to write down things and organized important files. I went to Mr. Yoon's office to submit some files. I knocked and came in. "Good morning, Mr. Yoon.. I just came by to submit the files you asked for" You walked towards his desk and placed it on top. "Shhh" Jeonghan said, I was confused so I mouthed out "why?", he pointed to my right and it was Areum sleeping on the couch.

"I'll get going no-" I say before I hit the metal leg of the chair with my foot. We both froze and checked on Areum. She sat up and rubbed her eyes, "Y/N?" she said,  I kneeled down to her level and hugged her. "How are you Areum-ah?" "I'm doing great!" I stood back up and brought out my phone.

"Sir you have a meeting in 5 minutes," I reminded him and he started to put the files in his briefcase. "Y/N, Could you take care of Areum while I'm gone?" He asked, "Uhh sure" I replied. He kissed Areum's forehead and headed off to his meeting, Now it was only me and Areum left in his office. 

"Where do you wanna go Areum-ah?" I asked before I carried her. "I wanna eat some cupcakes!" Areum said and we both went downstairs to the cafe. I ordered me and Areum a cupcake and we both sat down on a chair. "Areum-ah, Can I ask you a question?" I asked, she nodded as she took a bite of her cupcake. "Where's your mom?" "I don't have a mom.. But it's ok, I'm Happy with appa!" I smiled at her and squished her cheek. 

We both finished our cupcakes and we exited the cafe. "where do you wanna go now, Areum?" I asked, "Hmm I wanna go to the park with you and Appa" "Let's wait for him to finish his meeting, ok?" I said. I carried her and we both went upstairs to my office.

We played for a bit in my office and we watched cat videos on my computer until we heard a knock on my glass door. Jeonghan came in and Areum hopped out of my lap and hugged Jeonghan. "Appa! Can we go to the park with Y/N?" She asked, Jeonghan looked at me and asked "Do you wanna come with us?" I nodded and we headed off to the park. We went to the underground parking lot and took Jeonghan's car.

We arrived at the park and we left the car. We were walking on the path, Areum in front of us and me and Jeonghan walking next to each other. We both talked about work and he told me things Areum. "Can I play on the playground?" She asked her dad, Jeonghan said yes and she ran to the playground. Me and Jeonghan sat on a bench facing the playground and we started talking about random things

"Where's Areum's mom?" I popped out a random question and he sighed before he said something. "When I was starting my business and Areum was 2 years old, she was unfaithful and got together with this rich guy.. So decided to break things off with her because I didn't want Areum to see her mom with another guy.." He said in a sad tone. Damn, what a cruel woman, she left behind her daughter and her husband all by themselves.. Must be tough for Jeonghan..

The sun was setting and Areum came to us with a pout on her face. "I'm hungry.." She said as she sat in the small empty space between me and Jeonghan. "Do you wanna come with us?" Jeonghan asked I said yes and we started walking back to the car.

We were walking along the path and Areum was holding me and Jeonghan's hands. I was appreciating the bright pink cosmos when Areum's hand suddenly became-- big. I looked at my hand and I saw Areum putting me and Jeonghan's hands together. I let go of his hand and Areum got upset. "I put your hands together and you removed it? hmp!" She pouted and I looked to Jeonghan smiling at Areum then at me.

Jeonghan gave me a 'Is it ok?' look and I nodded. Areum jumped up and down as me and Jeonghan's hands were together. We held hands until we reached the car. Jeonghan opened the car door for Areum to sit on and opened the front car door and signaled me to enter. We drove to the restaurant. We arrived and Me and Areum were sitting beside each other and Jeonghan sat across me. 

"What do you wanna order Eom- I mean Y/N?" I giggle at her little mistake and I picked what I wanted. The waitress came and Jeonghan told her what we wanted.  The food came and we all ate silently. We were all full from all the steak and chicken we ate. Areum started to get into a food coma and leaned her head on my arm. "We probably should get going," Jeonghan said and he went over to Areum and carried her.

We all went to his car and started driving. "Where's your house?" Jeonghan asked, I got out my phone and showed him my location. He drove to my house and before I left the car he insisted on walking me to my door since it was already dark out. "Thank you for the meal, Mr. Yoon" Y/N I slightly bowed, "Just call me, Jeonghan. Mr.Yoon's too formal" Jeonghan said as he smiled at me.

We bid each other goodbye and I looked out my window and watched his car go. I went to my closet, got changed, and went to my bed. I scrolled on my phone for a few hours and found myself smiling at a picture of me, Areum, and Jeonghan that we took earlier at dinner. Goddamn, Jeonghan's hot- AHHH Y/N snap out of it! He's my boss I shouldn't be thinking like that. I watched some movies for the rest of the night until I fell asleep.
