A deal with the devil

A/N: Just so there's no confusion with the way I numbered the chapters I'll explain. The first number (example- (1):1) will be the number of the story's arc. The second number (example- 1:(1) ) will be the number of that arc's chapter. So for example 1:1 is arc one chapter one and 6:12 would be arc six chapter 12, I hope this makes sense.

Izuku sat crisscrossed on his bed, looking around his now empty room, nothing but boxes sitting around. He had spent the past two weeks figuring out his abilities and the best ways to use them. He hasn't figured everything out but it was more than enough to be on par with the strongest people in Japan.

At first, Izuku thought everything was a dream but when he saw half of an odd demonic mark where a soulmate mark would be he knew it was real. Izuku had never been a religious person but this was enough for Izuku to become a Satanist. From the moment Satan answered him he had already done more for him than God had in his entire life.

Now that Izuku had the power to change his life he got started immediately, he found a rich couple, Hideyo and Eiko Haranu, with no children or immediate family and "convinced" them to take him in. They were more than happy to love and support him however they could.

They were never able to have children so he truly didn't have to do much. He told Mitsuki and Masaru that he was being sponsored by a family that couldn't have kids and that they'd take care of him and help him get into UA.

They were beyond happy for Izuku and helped him pack up the tiny apartment and get it into storage. Really Izuku only wanted to keep his mother's things, he didn't care about everything else so it was either sold, donated, or thrown away.

After they got the last of the boxes in the truck Izuku hugged them goodbye and they went their separate ways. Now that he had taken care of everything he needed to do he was now headed to the bonding event downtown.

A bonding event is essentially a party or festival to help people find their soulmates and bond with them. Every summer the city has a massive bonding festival for teens so that they can focus on their studies during the school year and not trying to find their soulmates.

Luckily the Haranu's gave Izuku a card insisting on giving him a monthly allowance, so he was finally able to splurge and buy himself nice things.

Izuku's phone went off and he picked up, "Hello?"

"Hi, Izuku! Have you left yet?" Eiko asked.

"No, I just sent off the last of the boxes," Izuku answered.

"Good, we're worried you'll have some trouble getting around so we've hired you a driver until you get your license. She should be there by now," Eiko informed.

"Ah I think this is her now," Izuku watched as a car pulled up and a woman got out "Thank you for worrying about me,"

"Of course! Good luck at the bonding festival, see you at home,"

"Goodbye,"

Izuku pocketed his phone and made his way over to the woman who bowed, "Hi Midoriya, I'm Aneko, It's my pleasure to be your driver,"

Izuku held out his hand and smiled as she shook it, "I'll be in your care," his eyes turned black for a moment.

She opened his door for him and soon they were both on their way, Izuku finally setting up various social media accounts now that he could actually take part in such things. Izuku was currently looking into UA's entrance exam, wondering if he could somehow get in on recommendation. Maybe he should ask the Haranu's if they have any connections to any pros that could help him out.
