_____________________________________________"Hey, Izu what do you think is the most painful way to die?" Shinso asked.
"Well, speaking from experience(💀), drowning and hanging hurt the most," Izuku scrolled through his phone.
"Hm, what about burning? I think that would hurt the most," Shinso continued.
"Ooo you're right, ima try it sometime this week and let you know," Izuku told him.
"Alright,"
"Can we talk about something else?" Kaeto frowned.
"Alright, I'm sorry," Izuku kissed his cheek.
"You take death too lightly," Kaeto got comfortable in their laps.
"Well, death is a natural and inevitable thing, we should normalize talking about it," Shinso shrugged.
"That's easy for you to say, most people can't see it that way," Kaeto mumbled "I for one hate death,"
"Why?"
"Death scares me, once you die you can't see the people you love anymore and you're all alone. Plus you don't know what'll happen after you die, you could go to hell or there's just nothing next. You die, everything goes black, and that's just it, who wouldn't be scared of that?" Kaeto laid his head on Shinso's shoulder.
"Yeah but for other people death could be a form of relief, even if nothing comes after death for people who've suffered endlessly from the moment they're born that sounds like heaven. People can't hurt you anymore, you can't feel pain anymore, you can't hear the painful words anymore, your heart can't hurt anymore, you can't feel anymore.
Everything that has ever hurt you just ceases to exist and it all goes away...that's how I feel about death. It's a form of escape and peace, death means different things to people living different lives. For you, there are things in your life that you're not ready to part with and that's why you fear death." Izuku said softly.
