Ep 3; Turn the light on

"This is so crazy"

The boys were going wild after entering the set. Mnet had spent a large amount of money this time and Jiwoo couldn't help but smile as the boys wowed. As she looked at all the boys, she was feeling proud. They all had worked really hard and now they were going to perform the song that would introduce the world to "Boys Planet".

Jiwoo smiled as Jun Hyeon entered the test room. 

"I won't scream to save my voice."

Jiwoo laughed as Jun Hyeon let a silent scream to boost himself up. As he started the performance, Jiwoo was glad that his voice was now in a good condition. He had definitely improved in dance and his vocals were great. He definitely deserved an All Star.

Many all star trainees had the same fate, both from K group and G group. They had done a very well job and it made Jiwoo proud. She was glad that she could help them as much as she could. 

As Gyuvin entered the room, Jiwoo just hoped that he would do good. It was clear that the song was a bit out of his vocal range and he couldn't practice much, given that he was taking care of Yujin. The performance started and unlike the smooth start, his performance became very shaky. As it ended, Jiwoo just let out a sigh after Gyuvin left, she knew that there was no point in fighting others for keeping him in all stars, she had tried with other contestants and she was denied with them all and if she was honest, his performance did not look like an All Star one, definitely different from "Kick It" he had performed a few weeks back. She just watched helplessly as he got demoted to 3 stars.

It looked like all the K Group Yue Hua trainees had the same fate as all 4 of them had gotten demoted to 3 stars. Jiwoo felt really bad for them, they all could do much better than the performance they had showed today but they were to be judged on the basis of today's performance. Jiwoo felt the most bad for Yujin, the boy was still sick when he was performing but he had gotten better from a few days ago when she has visited them. She had heard form the staff that his mother had not picked the call so the next day she gave him the tightest hug she could give and he had cried on her shoulder, not that she minded, after all the boy had a hard week and he just needed a tight hug.

"Guys signal song test has ended. Thanks for your hard work. But this isn't the end, you haven't gotten your final level yet."

"Masters attended tests in separate rooms, right? For that reason, the rooms couldn't have had the same criteria. That's why we watched your signal song test again, we checked again to see if anyone was judged improperly. You can either go up or down."

A few contestants had been demoted as Jiwoo couldn't look at their face, she felt bad doing this but they had to be judged fairly and she couldn't do anything. ( But Mnet why did Jongwoo go down, like, have you seen his vocal range?! You can' expect all 98 to have same styles that suit them.) While Gun Wook, Taerae and Matthew had been promoted to all stars. After all, they had done a great job and Jiwoo mentally applauded them.

It was time to record the actual stage and Jiwoo smiled fondly as she watched the boys dancing. They had worked really hard and they were now all glowing. Jiwoo also felt proud, she herself had pulled many all-nighter along with the boys to help them with their issues. She felt really bad for the No Stars, they had worked equally and if not, more harder than others but they could only dance on the floor, only for a few minutes.

All of them had worked really hard and Jiwoo was proud of every single one of them, regardless of their star level.
