"Introducing this song makes me miss my members"

Jiwoo smiled sadly as Minhyun introduced the groups. Wanna One was a legendary group and no one can deny it. She did miss the days when they would hang out at their dorms but she hoped that the new group could be as legendary as them.

The Burn It Up stage by G Group was just as she had expected. They had given their best and they definitely did better than before, but there were mistakes here and there. Jiwoo did not mind them, this was the final performance and nothing could be done. But she was satisfied with what they had done, after all it is definitely not the ideal song to sing at your first performance. [I'm was so sad that Xian Hao got eliminated after first round]

As K Group came on stage, Jiwoo suddenly remembered the conversation she had with Minseok.

-

"Good Job Guys"

Jiwoo said as the training with the 'Burn It Up' teams had ended. They had gotten a few criticisms and Jiwoo had helped them out by practicing with them. The trainees bowed to her while getting ready to leave the practice room for the day. Jiwoo was winding up her things when she was suddenly approached by Minseok.

"Master-nim can I talk to you for a minute? I just need some advice" As soon as he said those words, the boys looked at him with a knowing look. They knew what he wanted to talk about but decided to stay quiet.

Jiwoo looked at him with a smile, "Sure. Is there any problem?" Minseok seemed to have noticed the stares as he asked "Can we talk in private. I just have some concerns." "Sure"

If she was being honest, Jiwoo had noticed that the atmosphere seemed tense but sis not comment anything, not like she was allowed. She was told not to intervene unless the trainees themself asked for help. So she decided to act completely oblivious and ignored the stares they gave to each other whenever Jiwoo mentioned Seyoon's injury. She just silently followed the staff who led them to a silent and empty place for them to talk.

"What is it that is bothering you? You can talk freely. Right now I am here to help you, so don't worry." Jiwoo started noticing how Minseok had started to space out.

He hesitated at first but seeing Jiwoo warm smile, he decided to tell her everything. "To be honest, I am feeling a bit of pressure. We are a group of left outs and all of us are hurt deeply. So being the leader, I don't know how to lead them. One member already left due to sickness and now with Seyoon's injury I was a bit frustrated. I asked him to study the choreography while sitting beside us, but he decided to roam around. I let the frustration out on Seyoon, and criticized him a lot. So I feel like I am not doing a good job." Minseok let out.

Jiwoo smiled at him, she had heard many concerns like this from her friends too, the leaders of now famous groups. It was a common thing every leader went through so she warmly smiled at him and said "I don't think you should feel bad about the way you acted. You let your emotions get the best of you and it's completely okay. As long as you realize what went wrong, you can work on it and improve it next time. And as far as you are worried about scolding Seyoon, you may have gone overboard but it was necessary. I heard that it was hard for him but I think it will make him realize that all of you are suffering and you all should lean on each other. So I suggest that you should talk to Seyoon about this tonight. Talk it out as soon you can, it's better than letting it bottle up inside you."
