Ep 2; Signal Song Test

"We sincerely welcome the 98 trainees to Planet Camp"

The trainees clapped as the masters entered, excited on what's about to happen.

"Your final level will be reassigned after next test."

"We'll reveal the next test that will determine your final level."

" Based on the result of signal song test, between group K and group G, whoever has the most combined stars, will be rewarded with the highlight parts that'd allow them to shine more on stage."

"We'll reveal the signal song."

"Boys Planet Signal Song is HERE I AM"

"We'll reveal the Signal Song a day earlier to Group K, who won the star level test."

As the boys entered the room for practice, Jiwoo mentally sighed. She had to stay for both the vocal and dance practice. She loved doing it, it was her job. But today she was mentally drained. With the award show season going on, she had to assist multiple groups with their practice. She mentally prepared herself for the vocal training, knowing many trainees were weak in that area. But she still put up a smile on her face, excited for the first day, after all singing and dancing were her favorite thing to do.

"Let's listen to the audio and sing together."

As the trainees tried, Jiwoo could hear the failed attempts to sing the song. She sympathized with them, after all the song was quite hard.

"Is anyone feeling confident, regardless of K or G Group?"

"Do you want to try, Takuto?" "Yes"

Jiwoo clapped a bit for Takuto once he finished singing, proud of his courageous attempt. Jiwoo helped some trainees when they asked something.

"The last part, the showtime part, has the highest pitch, right? Does anyone feel confident here?"

Zhang hao raised his hand. As the boy sang, a fond smile came up on Jiwoo's face. As others complimented him, Jiwoo noted

"Zhang Hao, you did really great and I don't think that you will have any problems with the pronunciations if you keep practicing. For others, don't feel discouraged. The song maybe hard but we will try our best to help you all."

The dance training started as Baek Koo Young taught them the dance. Jiwoo silently watched, learning herself. Even though she had helped in some parts, most of the dance had been made by him. She danced with him in the corner of the stage so that she could teach trainees without any mistakes.

"Learn it in 5 minutes."

As the trainees based on their levels started to perform, Jiwoo couldn't help but wince. There was a clear gap between good ones and bad ones. Sure many trainees needed a lot of help and Jiwoo silently agreed whenever they faced any criticism. But when the masters started getting a little too harsh with their comments, going as far to call them "overrated". Jiwoo knew she had to step in
