The annoying continuation of Alora's alarm had both her and Chris wanting to chuck her phone at the wall to shut it up, but regret would follow with that so instead Alora untangled herself from Chris's grasp and turned it off. Her leaving Chris's hold caused for him to reverse roles and lay on her stomach. "Chris we gotta get up."

"It's too early to be awake, I thought you didn't have to be over there until like 2," He mumbled into her shirt.

"Chris, sweetheart, it is 12:45 and to get to the venue is a bit of a drive, especially with traffic, the longer we lay here the shorter amount of time we have to get ready."

"I can live with that," He told her as he closed his eyes again.

"I'm giving you five minutes and then we are getting up," Alora said as she started running her hands through Chris's hair who just let out a quiet mhm.

Chris held a tight hold on Alora's body as his breathing once again slowed and he fell back asleep. Alora let him have another 15 minutes as she played with his hair, her fingers getting tangled in the mess of it ever so often. She admired the sight of the sleeping boy in front of her. "Chris I gotta go but you stay here and come with Nick and Matt later okay?" She felt bad for having to drag him out of the house if he wanted to stay and sleep.

"No no I wanna come with you," He said as he lifted himself off of Alora allowing her to get out and up from bed.

"You don't have to, seriously there isn't much going on early on and I don't want you to get bored."

"It's hard to be bored when you're around," Chris spoke which left a smile growing on Alora's face as she grabbed a pair of sweatpants and a tank top from her suitcase.

She left Chris to do whatever in his bedroom as she worked her way over to the bathroom to just do the simple tasks of brushing her teeth, changing, and fixing up her hair. She enjoyed not ever having to do much when going over to the venue cause there was no point. It'd all get done for her in the end anyway. She opened the door of the bathroom to meet straight with Chris's face which caused her to let out a yell. "Jesus you scared the shit out of me."

"That's my bad. I just really gotta pee," He mentioned as he bolted into the bathroom leaving Alora to laugh.

"Im gonna go see if Nick is up whenever you're done just let me know." She yelled through the closed door.

Alora ran up the sets of stairs to get to her best friend's room. If she was completely honest with herself she wanted to spend more time with Nick. She hated that she had sort of disregarded him this whole time she was there. After all, he was the reason she was staying with them. Nick was an angel in Alora's eyes. He was a pure soul even if his personality didn't always make it seem that way. Alora admired the person he was. From his determination to the way, he cared for the people he loved.

She knocked and heard a muffled come in as she walked in. "Well good morning Alora," He exclaimed as he looked up from his phone.

"Well hello Nick," Alora said as she plopped next to him on his bed. "Holy fuck your bed is comfy."

"She is, isn't she? You excited for tonight?" He asked.

"Excited yes, nervous incredibly, I still don't know why," She honestly told him. "Enough of me all we do is talk about me, what's happening in your life, Nick?"

"Same old, film videos, edit videos, go to meetings, and hang out with Madi and you, Matt, and Chris. All is kinda boring right now."

"Nick you and I are going on a date tomorrow, a whole day kinda thing so clear your schedule." She clapped as the idea came to mind.

"Can we by any chance reschedule for Friday cause I have a few things to do tomorrow."

"That's perfectly fine as long as I get my Nick time," She said.
