Pete Wentz is forced to leave the hospital twenty-three days later because the doctors have said that not sleeping or showering is not good for him. So he is escorted home by one of his best friends, Andy Hurley, while his boyfriend, Joe Trohman, stays with Patrick.

There are no two people Pete trusts more in the world than Joe and Andy because they've always been there for him. Well, maybe he trusts Patrick the most. But Patrick hates him now.

And, yeah, there's also the possibility that Patrick could fucking DIE. Pete can't think about that right now. Because if he does, he'll realise that the only reason Patrick is in the hospital and in a coma is because of his stupid fucking mistake. Oh okay, he's crying again. In Andy's hard chest. Dammit, why can't he be fluffier?

"Pete, shh," Andy tries to soothe him, rubbing circles into his back. Andy isn't a very affectionate person towards anyone except for Pete and Joe.

"It's my fault!" He yells at Andy. This takes the latter by surprise, making him lean back a little to make sure Pete is actually okay. Well, as okay as an emotionally unstable eighteen year-old can be.

"You're okay, you're okay," Andy tries, pressing a kiss to Pete's forehead. But it doesn't help. It makes Pete madder.

"You know what? I feel so emo right now. What's that lyric? I'm not o-fucking-kay? Well, that's me!" Pete screams in between sobs.

Andy's phone rings at that exact second, but he doesn't until Pete slurs, "Get the fucking phone, Andrew,"

"Hello?" Andy answers the phone while still trying to calm the tiny emo man sitting in front of him.

"You.. you guys need to get up here now. Patrick's not doing well," And then Joe hangs up. His voice broke after the first word he said. Shit.

"Come on, Pete, we have to go now," And Andy drags a crying Pete out of his house and towards his car.

Here we go, Andy thinks before buckling Pete in and rushing to his own side. This long day is turning into an even longer night.
