I saw Jesse with flowers and chocolate and he was on one knee.

Weh chocolate sell ah wah hotel?

"Skylar, I haven't known you for very long but I feel a deep connection between us, every text, every call I get excited and I've never felt like this with anyone before, will you Skylar, be mine?" Jesse says.

"YES," I shouted with happy tears in my eyes.

He got up off the floor and picked me up and we kissed. It was perfect.

"Awwww" Liza says as she applauds. I gave her a 'side eye' and she bursts out laughing.

I was in a relationship with Jesse. I'm still shocked.

I told Jesse that I would change and then I would come over and chill with him until dinner. He handed me the flowers and the chocolate and I went inside.

"My lil sister is all grown up," Liza says while pretending to be tearing up.

"I've always been grown up," I say

"Sure, remember the time you got lost while on your way to our parent's house, yuh start to bawl, and guess who had to come to pick you up??? Me!" Liza explains

I shake my head in defeat.

"Just be careful okay Sky Sky, men are cruel, and I don't want you to get hurt, I hope you know what you're doing"

"Don't worry Liza, I think I know what I'm doing"  I say and smile at her.

"Just know seh mi a man beater," Liza says and smirks

I laugh and get changed, into a Black hoodie and grey sweatpants. I walked over to Jesse's place with the chocolate from earlier. It was a 24-pack Ferrero Rocher.

Expensive things.

I knocked on the door and Jesse immediately opened it.

"Took you long enough," He says

"Mhmm" I replied

We turned on the TV and went on Netflix, while he was scrolling away on his phone, I was trying to find a movie.

"Baby, what do you wanna watch?" I ask

"Anything you want to watch love," He says his eyes not leaving the phone.

I moved from where I was sitting on the bed and I went over to him. I straddled him then took his phone and placed it on the nightstand.

"Mah guh ask yuh again, what do you want to watch?" I say more demanding.

He looked at me wide-eyed then said "Babe, anything you wanna watch I'll watch it with you"

"Put up the phone and come search with me"

He did just that.

*5 minutes later*

What about "Young Sheldon? I ask him

"No sah"

"Friends? Babe it's been 4 minutes we need to watch something." I say

"Sure, what season though?" He asks

"What about season 7?" I suggest

"Sure" He approves

I clicked play and we cuddled.

I feel safe.
