Y/n's POV:

" Okay everyone! LETS GO! "
Our dad shouted from the boat as we left the island.
See we were going Island hopping and
now we were heading to the last one
along with our parents, Brand's parents and well, their friends.
" Dude, I wanna fucking go home already.
It's too hot. "
Brand says, fanning himself.
" You're the one who wanted to go in the first place? "
Finn implied and I laughed since
he wasn't exactly wrong.
Brand ignored him and went to go get a drink from the cooler.

" You enjoying the trip so far? "
Finn asks me.
" Yeah, I can't wait to get back
to the room though. "
I chuckled, since it was indeed hot
and I just wanted an AC.
And Finn, too to add to that...
Finn smiled and wraps his arm around me,
and starts caressing my shoulder with this thumb.
" Finn, c'mon, not in front of our parents.. "
I nervously laughed,
casually pushing his arm off,
scooting away but just close enough
where we could still talk.
The happy expression on his face disappeared.
He was about to stand up,
" Hey no, wait. I didn't mean to say it that way. "
I  quietly said,
pulling him back down.
He sat for a moment, but he just stared into my eyes.
Before walking to the other side of the boat.

Recently Finn has been pretty stubborn?
Getting into small little arguments,
and misunderstandings?
Probably it's because we haven't had sex
in 2? 3 days?
I'm thinking he's just sexually frustrated...
Like me...
But I don't know. It's good to take a break time to time...

I muttered to myself, going on my phone till we arrived at the other island.

Once we arrived we headed off the boat
and started the tour.
We heard there was a cliff diving place somewhere deeper in the island.
Knowing that, Brand, Finn and I headed there,
over viewing some cool watering hole with a waterfall coming down from the side.
Brand and I mostly stuck together since Finn was still pretty petty
about what happened on the boat.
Brand being Brand, he was conspiring against him.
" Can we go somewhere else now? "
Finn whined from behind us.
He looked tired.
" No. "
My bestfriend and I answered in sync,
laughing a little afterwards.
He scoffs and we carry on to walking.
But,
" For fucks sake, Y/n. Okay. Can I talk to you for a sec. "
The 2 of us stopped, looking back only to see
that Finn was actually serious.
" Alone. "
He added, a stern look on his face.
Shit...
I was about to go with Finn when Brand
grabbed my arm.
Hinting that I should just leave him alone, but...
" It's fine, Brand. "
I assured him, and he let me go.
I wanted to talk to Finn.
This is the 3rd time we've gone through this today.
Earlier at the hotel, at the last island we got to before this one, and well, now.

Finn pulled me aside, wrapping his arm
around my shoulder,
and lead me to what looked like a hiding spot.
A slightly covered cave behind a couple of other rocks surrounding the place.
I guess this was fine?
" Youuuu wanted to talk? "
I spoke breaking the silence as I leaned
against the rocky wall.
He looks up but doesn't say a word.
" Finn, you said you wanted to talk. "
I stiffened up my posture, I was about to leave and go back to Brand.
I was getting a little annoyed since he wasn't
saying anything.
He suddenly steps closer, making back up a little.
He starts leaning in and
I feel his soft lips press against mine.
Been awhile since we've done that?
" That's an apology kiss. "
Finn says after he pulls away.
I look at him, doe-eyed,
unsure of what to really say.
" I didn't mean to react that way, Y/n. "
He pauses biting his lip.
" I'm- I'm really sorry.
I just couldn't handle the fact
how gorgeous you are.
Knowing I can't kiss you. Or even just to feel your touch. "
He says, his brown eyes locked on mine, feeling his hand trail down to my waist.
Tiptoeing and pulling his neck towards me,
I smack my lips to his.
This boy-
" That's an I forgive you kiss.
Now c'mon we should go,
before the Brand gets into some trouble. "
I smirk, pulling him from behind as we hiked higher up to where the cliff jumping was.
