8. And it had to end somehow

Ha-eun's flashbacks ended, and she was in tears, her body all numb.

She realised that she was in the bathroom for more than an hour, so she got up, closed the shower, and took the bathrob, which was hanging in the bathroom.

She had to get ready to get her baby back home. So she slowly walked towards her closet and took out a dress which was full coverage.

Since after the marriage, she bought full sleeved and polo neck shirts to cover her marks up. Even though if it was too hot.

She covered her marks and her bruises with concealer, but her concealer was finished.

"Aish....I have to buy these." She said this to herself.

She got ready and took her keys.

As she was going downstairs, she heard moaning and weird noises.

She saw Jason again with some other girl.

She didn't mind them and left the house and drove to Somi's house.

Even though Somi and Ha-eun were close friends, Ha-eun never said a word about Jason to her.

"UMMA......" jung-eun ran up to her arms and hugged her tight.

"I missed you, umma," and snuggled in her neck.

"I missed you too, my baby bunny." And she hugged him tight too.

Somi approached both of them.

"I have to talk to you about something." She said this while looking at Ha-eun.

Ha-eun agreed and told Jung-eun that she would be back soon.

Somi took her to a room.

"Jung-eun is going weird." Somi said

Ha-eun frowned.

"What do you mean by "weird" ?" She replied back.

"Last night Mi-young saw jung-eun eat raw meat." Somi said

"WHAT ? Jung-eun would never do this." Ha-eun said in shock

"Even I didn't believe her, but then in the morning I saw Jung-eun's lips......there was blood." Somi said.

"That's when I was waiting for your arrival to tell you this."

Ha-eun was shocked. She didn't have any words.

"And Mi-young also said that she saw Jung-eun with wings."

Ha-eun went back in her past and remembered that when she gave birth to jung-eun, he had small wings.

Ha-eun thanked Somi for taking care of Jung-eun and took him away from there.

"Let's eat somewhere nice." Ha-eun said to jung-eun while she was driving.

"Yeahhhh, let's eatttt." That small kid was happy.

Jung-eun was only 6 years old... but always cared for his mother and respected her a lot.

(After reaching the cafe)

Jung-eun took Ha-eun's phone and was scrolling in the gallery.

"Umma, look." He said while turning the phone towards her.

"I look like my appa, right ?" He said while smiling the same way jungkook was smiling in the picture.

"Yes, you do look like your appa." She said while smiling back.

"When I grow up, I will be like my appa." He said while smiling bright.
