The next day lee know went in an hour earlier than usual to look for chae won. But sadly she was no where to be seen.

He thought maybe she was late today or was going to arrive with her friends. But his all thoughts were proved wrong when he saw Na-rae and Seo-young entering the class.

Without wasting time he asked them "where is chae won??"

They gave him a confused look and Na-rae said "i thought she came early with you, we last talked to her when she left for your date yesterday and you texted in the friends group you'll be coming early, today"

"So we thought you both were planning to walk to uni together" Seo young said

"Speaking of that, how was your date??" Han asked who was sitting beside lino.

Lee know sighed heavily and rubbed his face with his hands "i messed up badly"

"What??!!" All of them shouted in unison earning weird looks from the rest of the students but ignoring them, they flooded him with questions.

"Not this again"

"Don't tell me you arrived late or did something she didn't like"

"Did you say something wrong??"

"Did you two have a fight??"

"Did she give you her answer??"

The last question caught his attention he turned his face towards Na-rae and asked "what??!!"

"Yes she told us yesterday she was going to give you her answer at the date and i can swear she was very much excited we could feel it from the other side of the call" Na-rae said looking at Seo young who nodded agreeing to her.

"I'm sure she was going to confess she even asked me about how to confess to someone who is courting you" seo young stated.

That's when it dawned upon him that's why she was dressed up and asked for a date herself. She was going to answer him or more like confess.

And he had successfully ruined it with his lack of attention to his atmosphere and situations around him. He felt like crying why does he keep making same mistakes again and again.

Trying his best to pull her closer and whenever she takes a step towards him he does some shit and finds her further away from his reach.

Soon the class started and to their dismay chae won didn't appear for the classes the whole day. Concerned about her the friends decided to visit her house after classes. Since they knew chae won was never someone to skip classes and even if she did she would have texted them atleast.

Reaching the spot they rang the door bell. It was opened by a lady in her late thirties "Oh Na-rae, Seo-young what brings you here??" she smiled.

She craned her neck to look past them and said "i see you have company, please come in have a seat"

They smiled and bowed politely and went in "it's nice to meet you I'm chae won's mom Seo Ahreum"

"Nice to meet you mam I'm lee know and this is Han and changbin my friends" lee know spoke bowing politely.

"We are chae won's friends" Han said

But before they could ask about chae won her mom spoke "where is chae won?? Why didn't she come with you all??"

Confusion was visible on their faces, "no, mam we thought she was home she didn't come to university today, so we came to check on her" Changbin Said.

"No, she's not home she left yesterday by 4:30 pm then she texted me saying she's going to be with one of her university friends so she won't be coming home" chae won's mom replied.

"So i thought she'll be with you since you both are her only friends i know of" chae won's mom said looking towards Na-rae and Seo-young not wanting to worry her Na-rae said

"Don't worry aunty maybe she's with others we are not her only friends you know, we'll contact her" since chae won's mom knew her friends for a long time and saw them as her own daughters she believed them and after some chatting they left.

"How is this possible she always informed us if she was not going to attend the classes" seo young said.

"Yes, she literally spammed us with texts to send her the notes" na-rae added.

"It's all my fault i should have walked her to the bus stop, what if someone kidnapped her and used her phone to message Mrs.Seo?? What if they do something to her?? What...." Lee know spoke

"Wow wow wow chill man don't think like that maybe she did go with someone we are not her only friends you know" Han said

"Let's call her and ask" Na-rae suggested.

"I called her yesterday she didn't pick up and today at morning her phone was switched off" lee know spoke.

"Well we can try again, maybe now it's switched on, maybe her battery was dead and she charged it" Changbin said

The call went to voice mail. Now they were seriously worried and they don't have anyone to ask for help since it's still not 24 hours after her last appearance, the police won't help either.

After all the thinking they decided to wait, wait till tomorrow and if she doesn't attends the class they will take actions. And with that they all went home.

Lee know got out of the shower and laid on his bed drying of his wet hair with a towel. He checked his phone in hope for a text or a call from her and seeing none he sighed

Where are you Seo chae won........

He thought.
