“Jungkook! What the hell are you doing?” Jungkook's mother yelled, looking at her son who was all drunk and tipsy.
It was like an everyday routine for him and he doesn't even care if anyone yells at him, he always does what he wants. Being stubborn since his childhood, it was never easy to handle him.
“What do I do with you jungkook, why don't you understand! If you keep acting like this, you won't be the next cult leader.”
Who wants to be a leader and take responsibilites when you can just enjoy your life? Jungkook thought. “I really don't care about that” he said.
“Really? But I was planning to set up your wedding with y/n. Nevermind it's alright if you don't want that..” his father interrupted in between, very well knowing what his words meant.
“I was going to talk to her family, sadly that won't be happening anymore ” his father added in disappointment.
“That's not possible” suddenly jungkook became attentive.
“It is, don't believe it if you don't want to. I'll cancel everything right away ” his father started to leave
“no, no, no, don't cancel anything, dad. I want this, I want to marry y/n. Now Promise me, if I prove myself. You will really make me marry her.”
Mr Jeon nodded at response, promising his son. The thing was that, jungkook had a huge crush on y/n and he did proposed her.
But unfortunately, y/n rejected him politely, telling him that she wasn't looking for a relationship. Jungkook was heartbroken and upset by that, he never liked anyone as much as he liked her.
On the other hand, y/n totally forgot about jungkook. She didn't take his proposal that seriously. Because her only goal was to run away from this cult.
A year passed by and jungkook proved himself to be the best next leader. He wasn't actually the best, he just brainwashed people to think that way.
People in the cult treated him nothing less than a god, if he says something the people will 100% agree with him and obey his orders.
That's how he got here today, everyone obeyed and feared him. When y/n's parents got the proposal they considered them as lucky and instantly agreed.
Y/n was finally going to be his bride. But now his love for her turned into obsession. He wanted her to regret rejecting him and show her her actual place.
“hoseok, I really don't know what to do now.” y/n cried. She didn't wanted to marry jungkook.
“It's okay y/n. Listen to me carefully. You always planned of running away right? This is your chance. Run away before the wedding.”
“I don't want to leave you behind. Run away with me please” she pouted.
He chuckled at her statement, caressing her hair “I will come to meet you, don't worry. Would have come with you but I have many responsibilities ”
