Yelling echoed down the halls, most people who are there often know who was causing it and knew best not to intervene as it would cause worse backlash on the American that was being yelled at.
But for those who aren't there often like say China, it annoyed him that someone was being disrespectful to those working and followed the sound of the yelling. He was planning to give whoever it was a repercussion for the commotion, he really didn't care who it was, the first one that came to mind was the loud and proud American, but as he got closer the less it sound like the American's accent and more Russian. The Russian words thrown in helped with the identification, so it had to be one of the Russian speaking siblings.
'I can't believe all this commotion. It's a work place it shouldn't be this loud.' china thought to himself, his eyebrows furrowing as he was becoming annoyed. He turned the corner where the yelling was the loudest, almost crashing into someone. He caught himself just before they collided, the other person looking back at the squeak of shoes hurriedly making the other male come face to face with the Chinese man.
   "..."
"..." neither of them said anything for a moment before the Chinese man sighed internally and spoke.
"Are you alright? What are you doing right in the middle of the hall Mexico?" Mexico with a concerned expression on his face looked back around the corner where he was looking originally. China being the confused man he was leaned to the side to look around the taller male.
"I was just talking to la Estados Unidos.." the Mexican man said.
"美国?" The Chinese man whispered, eyes scanning the scene. The American in question was standing there as he was yelled at by Russia, his boyfriend. The Russian was yelling something about the American cheating on him with other men, and bringing up things that weren't even relevant to the argument. As America just stood there his hands in his jacket pockets, listening to the Russian. China stood next to Mexico listening to the 'argument' happening, for just being there for a few minutes he was both understanding the argument but also getting more confused as it dragged on. Why was he bring up of this? From what he could tell it was before they were even together... the Chinese man looked to Mexico to see he had his phone out most likely recording it. 'Well might as well' he thought as he too brought his phone out, and what he caught he didn't think would have brought him so much joy.

"Russia," the American spoke up, silencing the other man.
"I really do love you, but I can't keep doing this with you."
