Andy rushed to get to the hospital because she was already late and she had an important surgery scheduled at nine.
She got to the hospital parking lot and sighed in relief, she was ten minutes early. She took her satchel from the back seat and walked into the hospital "Goodmorning Dr. Hart" she was greeted by the hospital's staff." Good morning"Andy greeted back with a smile as she walked to the elevetor.
"Good morning Andy" Mandy her secretary greeted her." Morning Mandy"
"Andy your fiance called saying hw couldnt reach you on your phone"
"Okay if he calls again connect him on my line" Andy said walking to her office . Andy was a bit tensed because the one she was operating on was a very important person in the country.
Andy walked into the operation theatre looking tensed. "Andy are you ok?"
"Yes Martin lets go" Martin was Andy's bestfriend,they went to school together. All Andy's worries died down after the operation was over. It was another success for Andy. "Congratulations Doctor" everybody at the hospital was congratulating Andy." Am the only one who hasnt congratulated you"Martin said as they walked into Andy's office." Come on we were in this together, you also deserve some credit too"
"Why don't we celebrate this over lunch"
"Why not am hungry too lets go" Andy said smiling. As they were about to leave Andy's fiance Lucas walked in.
"Babe l've been trying to reach you for a while now" He said hugging Andy.
"Sorry babe l left home with my phone dead ans l put it to charge while l was in the operation theatre" Lucas caressed Andy's cheeks but he was not convinced." How was the surgery?"
"It was a success " Andy said feeling proud of herself
"Congratulations babe now lets go l came to take you for lunch" Andy didnt want to upset Lucas so she agreed to go with him. "Okay babe , sorry Martin"
"It's okay maybe next time" Martin said smiling. Andy was beautiful and independent anyone could fall in love with her and Lucas was just lucky to be loved by her.
Andy and Lucas were in the resturant all by themselves. Lucas had rented the whole resturant to themselves. Lucas sat beside Andy and he was kissing her on the neck while his hand was under her dress caressing her thigh.Andy's phone rang stopping Lucas. "Baby it's work , yes Martin tell me" Lucas' felt like he would explore with anger."Andy Mr. James has been killed"
"What! Am on my way right now" before Andy can disconnect her phone Lucas got up and left angryly.
Andy tried to stop and explain but he doesnt listen to her. Andy went back to the hospital to solve the problem there first before she can think of her problems with Lucas.
