You aren't with Wally at this point. You were back at home, chilling on your bed or something.
On the other hand, Wally is in Home, and his phone was ringing like usual.

'Hm?' Wally thought. 'I wonder who that could be~'.
TO-RURURURURURURURU!!!!
He went to the wired telephone to answer it.
"Hello?"
"Hello there Wally!" A more excited voice came out.
"Hello, Poppy."
"I've heard we've got a new neighbor in town!" Poppy said excitedly.
"Correct." Wally replied.
"Well about that, I just made an apple pie to celebrate their arrival! Can you all come over to have a slice?" She asked.
"..." Wally paused for a bit, confused.
"Hello?" Poppy asked again.
"Why Sure..." He said.
"Hot Dog!" Poppy exclaimed. "See you later! Bye!".
"Bye." Wally said, before hanging up.

That same day, you heard a knock on the door. You opened it, and it was Wally.
"Hello."
You gasped a bit. You don't know but seeing Wally just staring at you like this kinda startled you.
"Ha ha ha. No need to be afraid. I just wanted to let you know, that I got invited to bring you to a friend's house. I'm sure they'd really love meeting you." He said.
