Wally has been caught stealing Howdy's Apples, yet again. Howdy was holding a towel, which was weirdly taller than Wally when stretched horizontally. He looked at the towel and then at Wally, a light bulb popped in his head. He had an idea. "Aha..."
He picked up Wally and went outside. "Hey! HEY PUT ME DOWN YOU FILTHY MAGGOT-" Wally yelled.
"Hey hey everybody! Howdy-doo?" Howdy said gleefully through a megaphone, announcing to the entire neighborhood. "I wanna show you this new game I created! It's called Hot Wally!"
"Wait what?" Wally asked. "Hm?" Eddie and Frank asked simultaneously. "Oooh!" Sally said. Julie and Poppy blushed, hoping it's not what they think it is. "Sounds ratha... intriguing if I say so myself~" Barnaby commented. "And you're right to be intrigued Barnaby!" Howdy added. "Everybody gather 'round in a circle!" He instructed.
So everyone in the neighborhood sat down in one small circle, criss cross applesauce. Howdy quickly wrapped up Wally in a swaddling blanket. "No NO-" Wally pleaded, but to no avail.

"Hahaha!" Howdy laughed. "You see, this lil' bugger was seen stealin' my newly shelved apples again! So I had no choice but to give him a little punishment I had up my sleeve..." Howdy suggested and smirked.
He then examined the object of the game he made. "Now all you have to do is pass Wally to the neighbor next to you around the circle. I'm gonna be playin' some music, and when the music stops, the fella holdin' Walls is out! Yall understand?"
