After I told Baymax I was satisfied with my care he got into his little case and we were off.

I got out my phone to text Hiro, but decided against it so that our arrival could be a surprise.

After walking and a few bus transfers, I arrived at the building. With a breath, I stepped in and walked through the familiar halls to Tadashi's old research and construction room. It now belonged to Hiro, but I still haven't been in it since the accident.

In fact, I've been avoiding it.

Recently I've been in a healthy relationship with grief. Of course I still have off days, but I still function and survive.

But the thought of going in there scares me, the thought of getting pulled back.

Like reopening a scab that's still healing.

I shook the thought out of my head and slowly approached the door to knock on it.

No answer.

I gently opened the door to see an empty room.

I sigh in relief and walk of to see if I can find the group in any of their other hangout spots.

I strolled past the cafeteria, through the halls, by some of the work shops, then finally to the main communal lab.

I opened the door to hear familiar voices laughing and conversating.

"Come on! Think about it! Burnless fire would be so useful!" I heard Fred speak about one of his 'science invention' ideas.

"Burnless fire??" I heard Hiro laugh out as the girls snickered.

"Useful!?" Wasabi shook his head. "For what??"

"To stop C0² from destroying our atmosphere, duh." He scoffed out. "You can use your big brains to save our planet, don't you see?? That's how your science works right?" He argued back.

I silently laugh to myself as I enter the room. "No, that's not how science works." I said as I walk, making my presence known.

Everyone turned their head, smiling when seeing me. "Y/n! Hello!" Honey waved to me excitedly, Wasabi saying hey and Fred being all butthurt by my accusation.

"Hey guys." I greeted them back and walked to the couch Fred was sitting and and everyone was gathered around.

"Y/n? Weren't you going to work with aunt Cass today?" Hiro said, raising a brow at me.

"Yeahhh.." I said through smiling clenched teeth. "But other things came up." I said showing them my bandaged hand, then Baymax's box.

"Awe, are you okay hun?" Honey Lemon asked pointing at my hand.

"Yep! Baymax fixed me right up!" I waved and shrugged it off. "Oh, speaking of Baymax, why did you mean to bring him here today?" I asked Hiro.

"Oh! To get the moving pack in prosses!" He chirped. "We'll just need his carrier charging station for a while to help us with the blue print prosses."
