Harry focused intently on the drawing as he curved his hand to sketch the shoulders, not even bothering to touch the tray of food in front of him. Liam, Zayn, Luke, and Michael were chatting away until they noticed their friend giving his full attention on his notebook.
Liam gave Zayn a look of knowing, and Zayn nodded, as if to agree to what he's silently referring to. Both of them had these kinds of conversations all the time since they basically knew each other inside out. "Hey Harry, are you gonna eat that or?" The curly-haired boy looked up from his notebook and shook his head, diving back in on his drawing.
Michael sighed loudly as he snatched the book from Harry's hold, and the smaller boy quietly complained. "Gimme it, Mikey. I need to finish my drawing." Michael shook his head and put the notebook in his bag, making Harry pout. Liam smiled fondly at the two.
He has always been the 'dad' type in their little group. Even though he was a jock and should belong to the popular table, he chose to stick with his true friends and sat at their own. The same goes for Zayn, only he was there before Liam.
Harry was surprised why they both wanted to Join the three of them since he basically blended in with the school walls. Harry was never one with many friends, even though all of his friends were fairly popular. Michael and Luke were both 'heartthrobs' of the school since they were very attractive and smart.
Harry was the only one who stood out.
He wasn't tall, he wasn't confident and he knows no one will ever like him. Liam always told him otherwise, that he was one of the most attractive guys he has met, but Harry never believed him and grew up thinking he was nothing but a shy and ugly boy.
"Mikey please," He begs once more, but the black-haired boy just shook his head, as if to dismiss him. Harry sighed defeatedly and slowly started to eat his food. Michael smiled proudly.

Harry was sat at the back of the classroom, his arms wrapped around himself as he stares off into space, completely lost in thought. He was thinking about Louis again, how he was going to be able to face him at practice after school. He was really nervous, obviously. He just talked to Louis for the first ever yesterday.
He doesn't even know what's real anymore.
He was snapped out of his thoughts when someone walked in the door, that someone being Niall. The blonde smiled once he saw Harry and walked towards the seat next to him. The curly-haired boy's eyes widened and he looked down once the taller boy was closer.
Niall sat next to him and smiled wider once he saw how cute Harry looked. He put his finger under his chin and made him look up, his greens eyes glimmering from the light. "Don't be shy. It's just me, love." Harry nodded and smiled small at him.
The teacher walked in and then class began.
Harry was full on listening to the teacher while Niall just kept glancing at him, not even hearing a single word the teacher's saying. Harry noticed, and he turned his head to look at him. Niall smiled, and Harry smiled back. The taller boy rested his hand on Harry's thigh as Harry blushed and looked back to the teacher.
Niall kept his hand on his thigh, occasionally rubbing it up and down. Harry liked it because it kept him warm in the cold classroom. He didn't notice the pair of eyes burning into the back of his head, though. The bell finally rang and both Harry and Niall stood up and fixed their things.
