Harry giggled quietly, a blush coating his pretty cheeks once he realized that he did. He instinctively lowered his head so that the book he was reading covered most of it and continued reading, smiling at some parts.
He was once again in the library in his usual place by the window, sat on a medium sized table that fit his things nicely if he ever did his homework. Louis and his friends were playing around in the field again and harry had come to watch by the window, deciding on waiting a little bit before actually going over to the bleachers and watching louis.
He was nervous.
He loved watching louis play, really. It was the highlight of everyday in his life. But up close and personal? It's just- it made him anxious. What if louis thought he looked really bad today? What if he didn't like how harry was so quiet? What if he didn't really like him and was just doing this for a dare?
He promised his friends that he would never think about himself this way ever again, but. Louis made him do things he didn't want to.
He ended up not going to Louis' practice last week. He was too nervous, so both him and Niall stayed at Harry's and watched Netflix. Harry felt guilty. He was gonna apologize today, he had promised himself.
He sighed as he watched how Louis kept looking around, searching the bleachers. He was probably looking Harry, which didn't make sense to him. Why is he looking for me? Shouldn't he be happy I'm not there?
Shaking his thoughts away, he closed the book and packed his things before standing and putting the chair back into it's place. He walked over to the shelf beside the table and carefully slid the book back into it's original spot, then walking back over to the window.
He observed how Louis' eyes scanned over the bleachers. It seemed like Louis really did want him there after all. Smiling small to himself, he walked to the library doors and exited the room.

Harry breathed in nervously once he was nearing the bleachers, clutching the strap of his white backpack as the light sound of his shoes scuffing against the grass and low voices filled his ears.
He walked slowly as Louis turned and caught his gaze.
Then, in what felt like in slow motion, a radiant smile stretched across Louis' beautiful face and he visibly relaxed, having been tense as his eyes scanned the field. Harry's breath hitched as he came to a halt, captivated by the lovely blue pools swarming Louis' eyes.
Beautiful.
"Harry, hey." Louis breathed as he walked over to the small boy. Once he was close enough, he pulled him into his arms and buried his face in his unruly curls. Harry sighed contently and wrapped his slim arms around Louis' torso and squeezed tight. "H-hi."
He felt Louis' chest shake as the taller boy chuckled and press a soft kiss to the top of his head, pulling away just enough to look him in the eyes.
(Actually, Louis had to look down to look him in the eyes, but).
The smile was still on his face as he gazed down at Harry, who was wearing a shy but happy grin.
"How are you? Any assholes come to bother you?" He said, voice dropping to a serious tone making Harry giggle. "No, n-not really. Liam and Z-Zayn were there to protect me."
Louis nodded and mumbled a small 'good' before pulling the smaller boy over to Calum and boy Harry wasn't familiar with.
Calum saw them and smiled widely, running over to Harry and picking him up before spinning him around. "Hi, Harry!" Harry squeaked and quickly wrapped his arms and legs around him, holding on for dear life.
Louis watched amused as he laughed.
Once Calum had hugged the life out of him he put him down and pressed a sloppy kiss to his nose. He wrapped an arm around his shoulders before gesturing over to the other boy. He was really tall, taller than Calum and Louis. He had long curly hair and pretty hazel green eyes.
"Harry, this is Ashton. Ashton, this is the cute pixie I was talking about," Calum smiled. Harry looked up at him and pouted, lightly hitting his chest in a joking manner before crossing his arms.
"M'n-not a pixie," He huffed.
Louis snorted and pulled him from Calum's arms, pressing him to his side and squeezing his hip. "Sure you're not."
Harry whined at them both before the three taller boys laughed. "He's adorable," Ashton coo'ed, smiling warmly at Harry and wrapping an arm around Calum.
As he did so, Harry raised a brow and directed his gaze to Calum who was blushing.
He smirked and looked up at Louis who was doing the same. They looked at each other and wiggled their eyebrows, making Calum and Ashton laugh.
"They're communicating without words, babe," Calum says to Ashton, laying his head on his shoulder.
Ashton kisses the top of his head and hums. "I can see that."
