Flame POV

I woke up to a stinging sensation in my eye, and a puddle of red under me, and seeing those things, I remembered what happened.

"Grrrr!" I growled, plotting my revenge.

30 minutes later

"Ah ha! Now, it's time to suffer you abnoxus  eevee!" I said, running back home.

Sea POV

I stood up, stretched, and yawned.

I saw that thought was already up."good *yawn* morning thought." I said, mumbling.

"Ah, good morning sea." He replied. I wonder why he hides his past.... I thought, settling on asking him later.

"Where is soft?" I asked. "She was getting a drink at a nearby strea-" he got cut off mid sentence by an ear peirceing scream.

"SOFT!" we both yelled at the same time, dashing towards the scream.

When we arrived at the stream we saw that one of soft's eyes was sliced, up and down.

She was crying, with her tail soaked in tears and blood.

" come here, please soft?" I said gently, trying not to scare her even more.

She ran do me, sobbing from pain, and tripped, with thought catching her with psychic.

Thought carried her over to me.

"Oh, my poor soft, who did this?" I asked, concerned.

"M-mean n-n-ninetails!" She sobbed out, shivering from fear. I immediately knew who she was talking about. "Melt's mother..." I growled, knowing that it was unmistakably that wicked ninetales.

"Shh, Shh, it's ok, your safe now soft." I said in a comforting wisper. I held soft close to me, trying to comfort her. All of a sudden a arbok lept out of the shrubs, mouth open, straight at me. I was prepared to defend soft, when thought dove in front of the attack.

The arbok's fangs hit they're mark.
