I knew he was going to use the same tactic again, so I changed the border placement on my bey before I launched. Now, there will be no power on the edges, so he can't do anything. And I planned ahead to hit him before he gets to the center.
I decided to charge up my ability right now. When Violette was hitting Fafnir from all angles. I yelled out "Violette! Use Thorn of Roses!" And as I did that, free charged up his ability aswell. But before he was able to use it, my ability was hitting Fafnir so fast that it sent it flying, and it burst mid air. The referee hesitates and said "(Y/N) Defeats free de la Hoya with a burst finish, One point to AS Gallus! It is tied One to One!"
The announcer screams dramatically "WHO COULD HAVE THOUGHT (Y/N)'s FIRST BATTLE WOULD DEFEAT FREE DE LA HOYAAAAA?!!?!" the crowd went wild again, and even people were chanting my name.
~Daigo's POV~
I was excited when (Y/N) had defeated free, and I was so happy for her. I sent Clio out again to battle Rantaro this time, and we got another point. This time, I went to battle Valt. I got 2 ring out finishes on him, so that means we won. That was our first match we won against SB sol. Us three, me, (Y/N), and Clio hugged eachother in a circle and jumped up and down happily.
~Clio's POV~
I saw that Free, Valt, And Rantaro came up to us when we were celebrating. Valt congratulated us as Rantaro said "Yeah, you guys did amazing!" And for free, all I saw was a death glare, to me and it looked like he was looking at Daigo aswell. Who knows what he wants?
~Your POV~
As we walked outside, we decided to celebrate with ice cream. We went to an ice cream stand and we all got the same boring vanilla ice cream, because it was all they had, surprisingly. After we finished are ice cream and talked, Daigo and Clio went back to the hangout of AS gallus. I had to walk back to my apartment, since I have another song to write today. As I was walking, I ran into somebody. And that somebody was Free.
"Oh, hello free. I had a good time battling you today!" I exclaimed. Free smirked and said "Yeah, it was really fun. Say, do you want to join BC sol? I will ask Chris if she could make an exception." I politely said "I'm sorry, free. I'm already in AS gallus. I don't want to leave them." He sighed and said "I understand, (Y/N)." And he walked off.
Longer part today, hehe.
