"bye, princess!" billie said to her three-year-old daughter, violet as she dropped her off at daycare. "buh-bye, mommy!" violet smiled. billie kissed the top of violet's head before leaving the daycare to go to school. she let out a tired sigh, running her fingers through her hair. she sat down in the drivers seat of her car. she was so tired. she stared blankly at the road as she drove. she parked outside of the school and got out of the car. she walked into the school. "slut!" some guy chuckled. "can you not?" billie frowned. "willow, you're a whore!"

billie rolled her eyes and walked into the girls bathroom to hear sniffling. "hey, you okay?" she asked, her voice soft, just like how shed speak to violet. "what's wrong?" she questioned. "i'm scared..." a small voice said. billies motherly instincts quickly kicked in. "why are you scared?"

"it's my first day here." the person cried. "you're gonna be okay, i promise." billie said softly. one of the stalls opened to reveal a stunning brunette girl with glasses. "c'mere." billie uttered. the girl walked up to billie. "you're so pretty!" billie smiled, cupping the girl's cheeks and wiping her tears with the pads of her thumbs. she felt her phone vibrate in her pocket. removing one hand from the brunettes cheek she pulled her phone out of her pocket. "you're shitting my absolute fucking dick!" she groaned, looking at the text from violets daycare. "i gotta go, have a good day!" she hummed.

"oh- okay, i didn't- whatever." the girl frowned, missing the feeling of safeness she felt when she was with billie. "mom, violet threw up and she has a fever. please, can you pick her up? why do i—can you just—please, mom, pick her up. i don't want to miss more school. fuck, thank you. i love you!" billie sighed, walking back into the school.

the classroom door opened and the pretty brunette girl walked inside. billie smiled softly at her. "class, this is vendetta!" the teacher, mr cassidy said. "hi." the girl said shyly. "okay, vendetta, you can take a seat next to willow." he said, pointing towards billie. "for fucks sake, it's billie!" she grumbled. "right..." mr cassidy mumbled. vendetta walked over to billie. "cute name for a cute girl." billie cooed, causing vendetta to blush. "i thought you had to go?" vendetta said. "uh, i did but my mom handled it." billie explained. "okay." vendetta smiled.

billie's phone lit up because of a text displaying a picture of her and violet. "who's that?" vendetta asked. "violet, my little sister." billie lied. "she's adorable!" vendetta pouted. "and you're definitely related!" she laughed. "genes are crazy, dude." billie whispered. "like what do you mean she looks exactly like me?" she shook her head. "me and my brother don't look like siblings at all." vendetta chuckled. "my brother is ginger." billie giggled.

"you made me feel so safe in the bathroom earlier today." vendetta admitted. "i'm glad!" billie grinned. "gimme your phone," she held her hand out. "lemme give you my number." she smirked. "if you're tryna be flirty it's definitely working. if you're not you didn't hear anything." vendetta uttered, handing her phone to billie. "was i being flirty?" billie asked, raising her eyebrow. "yeah." vendetta nodded. "oh, i didn't realize, sorry." billie mewled, typing her number into vendetta's phone. she sent herself a text so she'd get vendetta's number.

she picked her phone up and quickly saved vendetta's contact information. "eat lunch with me?" she asked, handing vendetta her phone back. "sure!" vendetta grinned. billie's lips formed into a small smile. "willow, vendetta, quiet down!" mr cassidy said. "my preference hasn't changed in these few minutes!" billie crossed her arms. "it's still billie and it'll always be billie." she sighed. "don't roll your eyes at me, young lady!" mr cassidy yelled, causing billie to flinch.

"i have tourette's!" billie exclaimed, standing up and grabbing her backpack. she shoved her phone in her pocket, rushing over to the door. "where are you going?!" he asked. "to ask lillian if i can change to a different history class! you obviously have something against me!" she grumbled. she opened the classroom door, slamming it behind her. she rushed down the hallway over to the office. "what are you doing here?" mrs meredith asked. "i need to- i gotta- lillian." billie panted. "okay, hon!" mrs meredith smiled. "thank you." billie breathed.

she opened the door to lillian's office. "billie, hi!" lillian grinned. "hi, lillian!" billie beamed, taking a seat in front of lilian's desk, placing her backpack next to the chair. "what's wrong, bil?" lillian questioned. "i can't—i
don't—i fucking hate mr cassidy! i can't fucking take being in his class anymore!" billie exclaimed, stomping her foot on the ground. "he only calls me 'willow' and he told me to not roll my eyes at him when he knows damn fucking well i have tourette's!" she cried, her hands forming into fists. "don't hurt yourself, honey... c'mere." lillian said softly, opening her arms to her daughter best friend.

billie quickly stood up and walked over to lillian's side of the desk. lillian tightly wrapped her arms around billie. "i got you, hon." she said softly. "i'll see if i can get you into a different class." she whispered. "i wanna go home." billie sobbed, burying her face in lillian's neck. "you can go home, blue." lillian murmured. blue. blue was a nickname drew's family had created for her. "thank you, lilou." billie smiled. lillian gave billie a soft smile, shooing her out of her office.

billie let out a chuckle, shaking her head as she picked up her backpack from the floor. she threw her bag over one of her shoulders and walked out of lillian's office. she rushed down the hallway and into the parking lot. she made her way to her car and unlocked it. she opened the door and threw her backpack into the passenger seat before sitting down. she closed the door behind her and buckled herself in. she pulled her phone out of her pocket and found vendetta's contact.

"oh, baby girl..." billie cooed, sitting down by her daughter who was laid on the couch. she softly ran her fingers through violets hair. "mommy!" violet whined. "yeah, baby, mommy's here." billie murmured. "c'mere, princess." billie hummed, opened her arms. violet sat up and crawled into billie's lap. "i'm sorry you got sick, baby." billie said softly. "so 'cited for today." violet frowned. "i know, angel." billie pouted. "how about we go to mommy's room and watch some movies, yeah?"

"yeah!" violet cheered. "you gotta tell mommy if you feel sick so we can go to the bathroom, okay?" billie uttered. "okay, momma."
