Pete

When Joe said he "knew a guy," I somehow didn't expect the guy to be Andy Biersack, but hey, stranger things have happened. All he needed was her work and personal email and phone number. After 20 minutes he called us over to the laptop (where he was also using my WiFi to download shit in the background) and pulled up a few astonishing facts, including a few pictures of "Antonia," that were a far cry from her lawyer side.

"There is no way that's Antonia." I whispered.

Andy nodded. "That isn't Antonia. That is Marissa Levaik. She is the one who was given all of Toni's financial assets and estate as per Toni's last will and testament. If I'm correct, Miss Levaik was also only born just after things went sour between Toni and Patrick. Pete, could you email me a picture of Toni quick?"

He got the email and ran some sort of CSI type scan on it. This kid must have not gotten laid in school to be so damn good with computers and technology. Biersack whistled lowly, "Pete, facial biometrics came through. Marissa Levaik is Antonia Oliviera."

I ran my hands through my hair, "so this means it was all planned? She wanted to disappear?"

Andy (Biersack) merely nodded. "It gets worse."

I was pretty sure nothing could get worse than the woman you love faking her death to get away from you but I suppose it could. "Everything I've just told you is the only information that there is on Marissa Levaik. Your best option is to take this to the cops but they will see it as her wanting to be Left alone."

I sighed as Patrick entered the room. "Any luck finding Toni?"

I pointed to the screen and his jaw dropped. "No way!"

I asked Andy if there were any clues in her emails. He said that the only thing of importance he found was that she had booked a flight to France.

I stood up abruptly, "thanks for your help Andy. It looks like I'm off to France."

The rest of the guys walked in with bags packed. "We're all going. Better find a fast flight
