about me cuz why not

pisses me off sometimes

i want to say something that pissed me offed and idk if it should have

my family runs a taxi business in my town and ya know. taxi. well i can see their reviews of their business on my computer 

i saw this one star review. my family's company isn't the best but still it has a half and half reviews 

but the review said how the person who picked up the phone didnt speak english well also and accused the workers of "stealing customer's money" 

WHICH I FIND THAT TO BE EXAGGERATED AS FU-

i know who picks up the phone which is normally my mom and she speaks english very well just with an accent (my family is Ecuadorian) and all the other workers speak english very well

and stealing customers money is just nothing but an exaggeration 

what also kinda pisses me off is that the reviewer said "Its so sad Spanish people come to this country to make us look bad like this." and i was pissed off

this company may not be great but still i dont find it necessary to point that out and plus we would close down if our business was that bad. We are also not trying to "embarrass " our culture or others. so i think that as wrong

should i be pissed of or am i just defending my family's company even thought they may be in the wrong 

i have this mad feeling that i cant explain so what do you think
