Alora ran into the armory, with her book in her hand that contained her design for the saddle. A bag of scales in her other hand.

She turns on the heating bowl, the flame lighting up the stone as she drops the black scales with a dark purple in it, by the time she is done with the saddle, the paint should be done.

Since the scales will harden, she would layer it over the saddle, before using white cotton as padding for both her and Khaos.

She got started on drawing out the leather, cutting it into the saddle shape and the stuffing it full of cotton.

Next was the foot wear, it would help her steer and have grip. She figured she would need a harness to keep her attached to the saddle, but made it quick and easy to unlatch.

By the time she was done with the saddle, she decided to make black gloves too.

She would cover it in the boiling scales before using cotton inside of it, to make it comfortable.

The scales turned into a liquid, boiling hot but perfect for the mold. She used a steel brush that would be used to get off rust.

Coating the entire saddle with it and the gloves and foot wear. It was perfect, almost exactly the same as Khaos.

Alora noticed she had extra scale molt left over so she grabbed the arrow molder and poured the left over into them, thinking they would make fine arrows heads. Once everything cooled off, Alora rushed everything back home.

Quickly and quietly she made it to her bedroom, starting the process of sowing in the cotton on everything and attaching the black arrowheads to the wood and feathers.

Looking at her finished project, Alora felt proud of herself. Now it was time to test it out.

Alora stood at the grassy land of Berk. The one place nobody went to due to all the climbing.

Khaos made her self known once she realized it was Alora and not some random Viking.

The dragon looked at everything in-front of Alora curiosity. "Come, girl. Let's try this on." Alora waves the dragon over, the she dragon walked over to her, towering voer her as she looked at the saddle curiously.

As she was attaching the saddle, Khaos started to nip at it, unsure what to think of it.. "I know girl, not the most comfortable but I tried my best." She pets Khaos neck, once she finished attaching it. She put in the gloves, showing the dragon it. The dragon sniffed it curiosity, before Alora climbed on her back.

She Alora slide her feet into the holders as it clicked into place, it was attached to her back and the base of her tail, so it would lock when they flies fast but she could unlock it easily to free fall freely.

Once Alora made sure she was sacude, she pats Khaos neck, the dragon taking off at the action.

They flew in the air, twirling and diving, testing out the saddle. It worked like a charm as Alora didn't fall.

As they flew into the sky, Alora clicked her feet into position as Khaos broke the clouds, Alora used the dragons back to push her self up and off, going higher than Khaos by a couple inches before they both dived backwards, enjoying the free falling.

"How you doing?" Alora wiggled her eyebrows at the dragon making the dragon push the Viking. Alora spun in the air at a slow pace before steady herself.

"Rude." She huffed at the dragon before latching onto her back, allowing the dragons to glide along the sea.

Her feet clicked into place, as she leaned on Khaos back. The ocean breeze feeling nice against her skin, making her sigh in relief.
