"WILBERT?! W-what are you doing here? surprised question.

Just like you do, passing the time—drinking to forget for a while. He smiled while taking a sip of wine.

"Ah..." I answered lazily.

"Looks like you're having a serious problem right now, is there anything I can do to help?" here.

"Nothing, I'm just passing the time."

I don't tend to share my feelings with others—especially with Wilbert who I know also looks up to me.

"You're really different now, Kim."

"Huh? What else? It's still me... I smiled slightly.

"No. I mean the Kimberly I knew back then is a far cry from now. Look at you now, you are even more beautiful in my eyes. If I was in awe of you then, what can I do now?"

Wilbert's words made me smile, but I felt no thrill. Maybe that's just how I naturally feel about people I really think of as friends.

"You praise me too much," I said.

"I'm not flattering you, you might think I'm just flattering you."

I just shook my head at what he said while holding a bottle of wine. Wilbert and I talked a lot more. Even though the story is too corny, I still listen. That's better than thinking about Joshua not really caring about me. I didn't realize that we had already drunk a lot and my vision was getting blurry. My words and laughter are also loud as if I'm losing my sanity. I couldn't control my drinking because my purpose was really to mess around for a while. Wilbert helped because I was amused by his corniness.

Later, Wilbert asked to leave the Bar.

"You've had too much to drink, I'm going to bring it to you," said Wilbert to me.

"Huh?! I'm not lashing..." I promised to go together to show him that I can still walk, but I suddenly lost my balance and fell down. Fortunately, Wilbert's hand is quick. He immediately grabbed my hips and stopped me from thrusting.

"Oops! I said you're drunk..." he promised me with a smile.

"What are you doing! I'm not lashing... I'm just dizzy...

"I'm going to take you to—" Wilbert's words were interrupted when suddenly someone pulled my arm and snatched me away from Wilbert. His hand was quite heavy so he was able to grab me that quickly. I sank into his chest too late to protest because I heard his voice. Baritone and clearly angry with the other person.

"Don't touch her! You have no right to touch him! here.

"What?! And who are you to say that? Wilbert asked angrily at this.

I looked up and tried to reflect the face of the man trying to snatch me away from Wilbert. There I slowly smiled while my eyes widened.

"Jo~shua..." I whispered.

"Joshua... what are you doing here?" I asked him.

Wilbert was stunned to know that I knew the man who dragged me.

"Ninong is sending you to me. Let's go! he said as if he suddenly got bored and wanted to get me out of that bar right away.

"Huh? Te-teka— I wanted to scream but he quickly pulled me out of the bar. Wilbert was speechless. It just caught our eye.

I was struggling but Josua was really strong and maybe the alcohol I drank was also with him, so I couldn't get away from him.

After arriving outside, Joshua spoke again. I almost tripped when he pulled me, I was still a bit dizzy from the alcohol I drank, so my eyes were still wide when I looked at him.
