Chapter Five

It had gone a few shows after the their first concert on the tour, and Dougie had started to get his head straight, he still messed up a few songs because he thought Rain could be in the crowd watching him.

But he took him self in it, kept telling himself «She's not there, she's in London» .

Missy and Sophie were afraid something terrible was going on with him.

The concert came to an end, they said good bye to the crowd before they walked off stage.

Missy and Sophie stood backstage waiting for their men to come.

Dougie came back first and walked right pass them, Sophie ran after him trying to stop him.

«Hey, whats up Doug?» she asked worried.

«Oh, hey Soph, nothings going on» he replied with a fake smile.

She looked at him with worried eyes.

«I know there's something wrong, you can tell me» she said with a comforting voice.

«It's Rain, my ex girlfriend from high school» he said and sighed.

«The girl from the club?» she asked sounding understanding.

Dougie sighed and nodded.

She looked at him and patted his back comforting and gave him a small smile.

He continued to walk out of the arena and into the bus.

He waved goodbye to a few fans who stood outside screaming his name before he jumped into their huge tour bus.

He sat down on the huge couch and took up the picture of him and Rain and sighed.

«I miss you, why didn't I ask for your number?» he asked looking at the picture.

A tear fell from his eye and hit the glass that protected the picture.

He put the picture away and hid his face in his hands and cried, he missed Rain so much, why didn't he bring her with him the first time? Why didn't he just keep her number and keep in contact with her.

He felt an arm on his back, he looked to the side and saw Missy and Sophie sitting next to him with worried eyes, "It'll be OK, if she loves you, she'll haunt you down and tell you she loves you" Missy said and hugged him.

"Or, if you two are meant for each other, you'll meet eventually, trust me" Sophie said with a comforting smile.

"LIBS!" Libby heard Rain shout from the hall followed by a bang from the door being slammed closed.

"WHAT?" she shouted back, she looked up to see a smiling Rain jumping up and down right in front of the small table that were placed in front of the couch were she was sat. "No need to shout" Rain said and giggled happily.

"I thought you were in the hall" Libby replied and looked up at Rain with a confused look on her face.

"I GOT THE JOB!" she screamed and continued to jump up and down grinning widely.

"THAT'S AMAZING!" Libby said shocked, "I'm so happy for you! I knew you would win that job!" Libby exclaimed getting up from the couch, giving her friend a big hug.

Rain couldn't say a thing, she was too happy, she was stunned, she stood there smiling like an idiot who thought the day would never end.
